The only complaint is they are always SO BUSY! Every single one I go to but some more than others. The drive through system definitely helps but they should consider opening more, especially in certain regions. They took away a lot of indoor seating so that rarely an option. I personally live around Owasso, OK and I wish there was another one somewhere in the area to make it where cars don’t line up to the street.

BEWARE if you want to pick up your kid breakfast in the morning expect them to be late to school. We were in line for over 35 minutes at the drive thru! When I got to the window there were only 4 employees working, seems like they were short staffed and management is being cheap. Also, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous. My son had an important test and was late to school along with many other students that were stuck in line at their drive thru. Not to mention they have gotten my salad order wrong on several different occasions. They are not in line with the “chick fil a” brand at all.

I have nothing bad to say about this place.The food is very good and it’s the best fast food I’ve ever eaten.To start things off it’s a very friendly environment for families and it’s something that’s just hits different.I fast food item I would recommend would be the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe because the combination bring many tastes that are just very good.I would also recommend chick fila sauce because it’s really the best sauce in a fast food joint that I ever used.This place is so good that if you were to ask anyone if they like Chick-fil-A they would say they love this joint.Food:5 Service:5 Atmosphere:5
