My car battery died in the parking lot and I asked the worker if anyone would be willing to help me jump my car and his only reply was “we don’t do that here” seriously? Ok I understand if you can’t send someone out to help but it would have nice to have any form of sympathy or an offer to call someone for me. Or literally anything then just brushing me off and going back to talking to his coworkers about sports. It was snowing hard and I’m sitting there with my preschooler stranded. I waited in the store for an hour and no one approached me afterwards either while I waited for my ride. Had this happened outside my job, which is just a retail store, we would’ve been out to help in a heartbeat. Or bare minimum would have offered to call an uber for a customer. I realize you guys aren’t a car service store but I expect some human empathy. I won’t be coming back to this location. Not spending my money to a place that employs callous people like Gavin.

I love Culver’s, and usually have a great experience. Which is why I’m so upset to have had a bad experience with them. I went through the drive thru and ordered a basket meal. I was charged for a cheeseburger when I asked for a hamburger. They didn’t ask me what condiments I wanted (I later put my own condiments on at home as I wasn’t given any). I requested a gluten free bun and usually they ask if it’s due to an allergy or preference, but did not ask at all this time. I asked what was in the ice cream of the day and explained it was due to my gluten intolerance. I was met with silence. So I asked again what was in the ice cream before ordering it. I was given my basket meal but no ice cream. I had to go around again to get the ice cream that was just shoved in my face with a “here ya go”. I just felt like they didn’t care at all and that’s not the service I’m use to from Culver’s.

All the cheese burgers from their menu are awesome. I read they serve thawed fresh meat never frozen and cooked right every time. I believe they serve the thickest milkshakes too, never watered down or thin like steak shake and others alike!

I was very upset to learn that at this location, I was not allowed to substitute my sides on the 3piece cod platter. I have always got ro choose my sides. Will NOT ever come back to this location.

We go here often. I usually get the cheeseburger basket or shrimp basket. I am always full. My wife loves their cheese curds. Very friendly staff and helpful. Good for family dining. Wheelchair accessible.check out my photos.

My first time visiting Culvers and I will definitely go back again. Had the grilled reuben sandwich with a milkshake and everything was perfect. Cashier was very patient while I tried to makeup my mind as to what I wanted to eat.
