This location is my favorite one yet. I stop by here Monday-Friday and my food is always fresh and hot. The service is amazing! I’ve bonded with a few employees there and Ashley has really stood out going above and beyond! I’m always greeted with a huge smile which makes me leave with a huge smile! When you have wonderful employees that make a company! I can speak as a customer and say cherish your morning crew employees they’re the reason I keep coming back!

We waited 20 minutes for 2 happy meals and a basket of fries. We are still waiting for cookies going on 29 minutes. You need to work as a TEAM! Also, if you have guests waiting this long you need to apologize for the delay!

I go in the mornings for my Chicken Biscuit and Carmel Ice Coffee extra Carmel. The staff in the drive thru is always so nice and friendly. I think I have on one visit, waited more than 10mins to place my order. But other than that particular visit for the time that I go, the services is pretty fast.

The food was hot. I only order the fish combo from McDonald’s 99%.of.the time. The young lady in wheelchair customer service was not great. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The manager on duty was really friendly.

My recent curbside order during our holiday travels from FL to WV, we stopped here for a quick lunch in transit. We waited in the car 25 minutes watching multiple drive thru orders get filled before I finally went inside to get the order and still had to wait. The only comment I received in addition to the less than welcoming atmosphere was, “We just received your order.” That turned out to be false since the order was sitting behind the staff member and the sandwiches were cold. If I had time, I would have returned the order. As it was, the extended wait put us behind our travel schedule.

We went for lunch. Placed order and paid at kiosk. Kiosk said to take a table tent and they’d bring food. Sat down at 1:05. At 1:20 got up to go see where the food was. Saw that they were calling receipt numbers at the window, they weren’t even trying to deliver to tables. OK…
1:25 I finally got my order.
My wife had ordered a Big Mac, meal. Looked and tasted just like a Big Mac always has. Mind you, you used to get one in 30 seconds but, I digress.
I had ordered the McRib (only reason we went to McDonalds). it was sloppy, thrown together and a mess to try to eat. It tased ok but there was sauce spilling all out one end of the sandwich while the other end was dry. No care, no attempt to get it right, just throw something together and stick it in a box.
I said to my wife as we left. “You know, we come about once a year just to be reminded why we never go to McDonalds anymore..”

I decided to try the Angel Reese special today and I was disappointed! The wait time was the longest I have ever experienced at McDonald’s. Start to finish was about 15-20 mins and I was pulled up to the second window as well. I visually checked the bag to make sure it included a sandwich and fries but did not check the sandwich cause surely it would be right since I did not alter it at all. WHERE IS THE BACON?? I was in Kroger parking lot when I discovered this but did not want to go back and wait again. I would not have left this review if my sandwich was made correctly after the loooong wait!

Today was the 2nd time in two days that I’ve made a mobile order with a special order that I ALREADY PAID FOR in the app, just to get an OLD sandwich made regular. Like are they staging certain sandwiches??? This is ridiculous just to still wait 10 minutes for the old food!! The girls working tonight around 10pm really need to tighten up!!

The customer service was phenomenal! Very friendly staff…. However, tonight, my quarter pounder beef patty was not cooked thoroughly! It was brown on the outside…. And pink on the inside! Please make sure to check your food…. This is the first time I’ve ever had this problem BTW…. So I’d still give them a 3.5 because of the customer service
