Hiking for a week in Moab area, so very hungry by the end of the day. The Sultan menu looked good and it did not disappoint. The blend of spices and flavors were fantastic! We had chicken kabobs and the salmon with artichokes and roasted cauliflower. The meals were plentiful and reasonably priced. One thing unique about Sultans that impressed me was the tea service. I was expecting a cup or pot of hot tea, but it was an impressive presentation. It accentuated the atmosphere and gave the feel of being in the Mediterranean.

Staff were quick and efficient; food was incredible. Hummus Fattah with chicken shawarma was phenomenal added a side of truffle fries as an appetizer – highly recommend. Chicken shawarma sandwich with fries and two beef shish – delicious! Next time I would get the Mediterranean Steak

blessing. The food was so good that we had to come back the very next day. The lamb burger and grilled kabobs were absolutely delicious. And the dessert.. hot baklava served with ice cream was yummy.

One of the best places to eat in Moab. Such amazing food and service. Everything from the kebab to the lamb schwarna were perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The baba ghanoush was incredible and the Turkish coffee and baklava were out of this world good. This is definitely a favorite place to go.

Looks good, but does not live up to expectations and small portions for the prices they are charging. Was really looking forward to eating here but was very disappointed. I will say the shrimp appetizer was very good though.

Not wanting the normal bar or brewery selections, we went to Sultan’s for something different. And after our visit, I’m convinced there is NO OTHER restaurant in Moab; the food was simply AMAZING.
The menu was large (hard for the kitchen staff) but everything we ordered was delectable. Rather large portions. Great tzatziki sauce, falafel was wonderful, the Turkish coffee was VERY aromatic, dolmas were yummy….I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place.
Staff was friendly and killing it with a full restaurant. A solid 10/10. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a welcome treat. The food seemed to be on the pricey side at first, but the portions were delicious, and generous. The missus and I were able to share a plate, so it wasn’t too bad for pricing. If you’re after delicious Mediterranean flavors this is the place.

The baba ghanoush was one of the best I have had both in travels abroad and the US. My tastebuds were kept happy throughout the meal, would not hesitate to go back. The decor is well done creating a wonderful ambience. Employees were very good and have is the right amount of space. If you have a chance make sure you experience Sultan Mediterranean Grill you won’t regret it.

I had dinner here at 6:30 on a Saturday night and there was a 30-40min queue. I decided to wait but I would not recommend it if you are eating by yourself during peak hours. I waited for more than an hour for a table and bigger groups of 4-6 went ahead of me. The food though was very good. I ordered the Sultan kebab which was grilled and seasoned well. I also got the Spicy hummus which was very interesting with the added tahini and came with a generous amount of warm pita.

The Sultan Pita was excellent.
Pita was fresh, soft, lightly toasted. The homemade sauce was delicious, and the lamb was deliciously marinated, tender, and toothsome.
My GF had the Mediterranean Steak, and loved it.
