Danny, the store manager really is a great guy. He cares for his store, employees, and most importantly his community very much. His store really gives back to the community. He manages his employees to work like a well oiled, highly efficient machine. Wait times are very minimal and the food is always fresh. The staff are almost always professional and friendly. I’m very proud to have Sonic, Danny, and his team as a part of our town.

I finally got my mom to tell me what’s been wrong today because she’s been sick all day after returning from getting her favorite breakfast burrito. She requested no onions to only receive the burrito with onions. Mistakes happen no big deal. She politely informed them via the intercom she requested no onions for she can’t cannot eat them and could she please have one without onions. Apologies from both her for the inconvenience which it wasn’t her to begin with but she has work history in the food service industry and respects the process.The staff apologized followed by we will make you another one and have it right out. That would have actually been the right thing to do without the onions. So she has to drive to the window and asks for a manger because twice now the cook can’t comprehend no onions. Low n behold the manager was at the window so she explained the situation again. More apologies and we’ll get you another one. She’s been sick now for 12 hours since returning from Sonic. Cooperate Sonic I’m not interested in calling to get the information to the local owner. If a Dr visit has to occur I’ll locate the owner/staff personally not via phone call. Unacceptable.

Be careful at Ozark Sonic,,,not only did they charge my card for my order but someone else’s! They realized their mistake, but it takes 3 to 5 business days for my money NOW to come back to ME. Not them,,,ME. IM THE ONE THAT IS NOW THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN, OUT THIS MONEY.

I drove through for jalapeno poppers, or in this case cheese stuffed, deep fried. They were horrible and the peppers tough. I gave them to someone who liked them. Additional, they don’t make the Chicago dogs anymore. I won’t go back.

The employees were very rude and acting like we were unconvincing them. Our card was ran at 12:30 and we still hadn’t received our food in the drive thru at 12:50 We had ordered basic things. Several cars went out behind us and until we honked and asked what was going on we received no update. When we pulled in there was only handful of other cars in the parking lot.

I ordered a large groovy fry with 2 groovy sauce packets, I didnt get either sauce packets. What is groovy fries without the sauce. Its despicable. It’s not that hard to grab 2 sauce packets and put it in a bag.

Love the rainbow slushes tastes like you condensed a country of nerds (the candy) and put in in there . The sausage brfst burritos are also …except that one time they put lettuce, tomato, jalapeño and onions on it……….
