When to this location with A few coworkers and was the worst experience ever I told the women I was allergic to onions she put onions on my sub I told her I can’t have onions she pulls them off I told her she needs to make it over she grabs new bread same gloves she wasn’t not understanding that I have a allergie to onions she wasn’t a white lady and after her coworker came to make mine the right way so I didn’t die I seen the white lady falling asleep nodding off and this wasn’t the only time after I came back thinking maybe the nice young lady that helped save me would be there nope that same lady that looked lost and high was there took her almost 30 mins in between sleeping before I left and won’t be back.. it’s so unsafe and un sanitary

Placed an order here 1/7/2026 at the wrong location while at work in Boston. I called and the manager stated she could not refund my order because it was “already made” and that there was nothing she could do even though I told her at no point would I be able to pick up the food.
This is the same lady who made my sandwich with a terrible cut of meat two weeks ago when I made an ONLINE order because I have an infant at home, so I had to go up to the store and have her re-make my sandwich. All she had to say was “that is the way the slicer cut the meat” knowing it was a terrible cut, why would you put that on someone’s sub? Offered nothing for her terrible service.
Terrible management. Terrible location.
Now I have to contact my bank to refund something that I’m pretty sure could have been handled differently.

I went in there after work and went to get steak and cheese on a wheat bread. When I got to the vegetable part the lettuce was brown and I had asked her if she could get more lettuce in the back she said she just had open the package herself. But the lettuce was discolored and it was more than half way gone . Even though there was a whole empty bin where she could have refilled it with lettuce. She was giving me a hard time. So I didn’t get lettuce on my sandwich. I told her sometimes the package can have old things in it. When I got to the spinach it was mostly dried in top . I asked her if she can get some from the bottom she acted like it was sooo much work and still proceeds to get some dry spinach from the top. I asked her to pick out the nasty looking ones from my sandwich and there were so many. She told me I was being the most difficult customer more than 4 times. I’ve worked in food service and that’s not how you treat a customer. If you have what they like and what they are paying for give it to them and make them happy. Not making it seem like hey are annoying or it’s out of your way. And she didn’t even put it on the right bread. So she had to go change. If she just had listened to what I was asking the first time I said there wouldn’t have been any more talking from me.i asked to speak to the manager she said she’s the owner with a smug look. I walked out and didn’t pay for it like there was no need to insult me. Your food wasn’t fresh. It’s subway it’s eat fresh.

Wow. So apparently asking for more than three jalapeños (because heaven forbid you actually get what you request) is now some sort of luxury item that costs extra? Fascinating, since your own app says nothing about that. And the best part? After making up rules on the spot, the sandwich still came out wrong. If this is what passes for customer service, it’s no mystery why businesses like this struggle to keep customers.

Popped in haven’t been to one in years got the special chicken bacon ranch told them to choose a bread was ate it there people were nice bread ok But the chicken was some texture not sure really wat is was then the bacon fat not cooked had to pull it out of sandwich so bad had to throw it out subway you are doomed if this is ur way of a deli sandwich

The sandwich was delicious but it didn’t taste fresh which is very important when it comes to sandwiches. I ordered the Steak and Cheese footlong via UberEats, and some ingredients additions to the sandwich. The Subway Footlong Cookie was a 10/10, it was soft and chewy. It came with a fork and that’s what I used to eat it. If you need something quick and okay with it not being the freshest ingredients, this location is for you. Ordered a foot long veggie sub, toasted. Tasted great, crunchy bread and tasty and fleshy veggies. Wish the pepper jack slices were added before toasting the bread. Otherwise, great tasting and satisfying sub for lunch!
