Pie Sci is hands down my favorite in Detroit — not only the most creative pizzas but the best crispy and doughy crust and so accommodating for my GF/vegan friends!! From the corndog pizza to summer elote to the Khana butter chicken, the thoughtfulness and dedication to local ingredients/suppliers literally makes me drive an hour each way for a slice. Truly a gem from the consistent amazing food to the five star service!

1st time here and it was the best pizza. Great Customer Service. They told us what the favorites were and their option. We ordered The Supremes small square. It was fresh n light, meaning it wasn’t over filling. The Cheese Bread was also delicious with the seasoning on top. We will definitely go back n try another kind of pizza.

It was ok, based solely on the Pizza. Personally thought that the sauce was what stood out. Other than that the staff inside were very welcoming and they do have a solid logo. Ordered a round pepperoni, bacon, with cheese bread. So far my top in Michigan are Bellacino’s, Detroit pizza factory, and fredi the pizza man.

THIS is the pizza I’ve longed for all my life. Goodness gracious, it is delish supreme. I ordered the Veggie, substituted the sauce for garlic oil, did gluten free crust with vegan cheese, and I do declare that the taste is superb! The crust is both thick and slightly crunchy, making it uber filling, as it simulates melting in my mouth. The service was great, and the price for two smalls will bring me back for sure.

Great slice of Detroit. Pizza is square, thick with that crusty edge that you expect from a true Detroit pie. I don’t know why Chicago gets so much more fame for their deep dish pizza, Detroit style when properly done (like here) is sooo much better.

We were in a rush when we got into town, so we ordered ahead and picked it up to bring it to the show. The Detroit style pizza was amazing. The vegan pepperoni was thick cut, the bbq chicken was delicious, and the round pizza was great too. Definitely would come back through and try more!

Would give this place a 4.5 out of 5. The ingredients were top-notch. Ordered the Pablano Picasso, Jimmy Pesto, and a round cheese with basil. I would definitely recommend if in the area or like me you don’t mind driving 40 minutes to get food. The only reason I would keep from giving it a 5 is that I like my pizza a little more firm. Besides that the pizza was great!
