I am absolutely livid about my recent trip to McDonald’s, and I can’t believe how far this place has fallen! I was craving some classic fries and nuggets, but what I got was an infuriating letdown that ruined my entire day. First off, the fries were ice-cold, limp, and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I mean, come on, McDonald’s, you’re supposed to be the gold standard for fries! How do you mess that up so badly? They were so stale and soggy I could barely choke them down. It’s like you don’t even care about your customers anymore!
And don’t get me started on the nuggets. I ordered a 4-piece chicken nugget box, and when I opened it, there were only THREE nuggets inside! Are you kidding me? I paid for four, and you shorted me like it’s no big deal. This isn’t just sloppy—it’s borderline theft! I didn’t drive through your sorry excuse for a fast-food joint to get ripped off and served subpar food. The fact that no one seems to check the orders or care about quality is just pathetic. I’m beyond disappointed, and I’m seriously considering never coming back to this location. Get your act together, McDonald’s, because this was an absolute disgrace!

I frequent this McDonalds quite a bit. Have had a couple issues with service but usually the food is what you expect from McDonalds. Went to get a shamrock shake since they’re back in season. The shake was more syrup than icecream and tasted HORRID. It’s bright green. Undrinkable. Definitely would not get a shamrock shake from here again.

Genuinely, the best morning crew in the entire world! I’ve been coming to this exact McDonalds for years — I used to come like 3x a week at one point during my undergrad, and the morning crew never fails to absolutely make my day & give me great start to it! I always cruise through the drive thru & everyone is just so unbelievably kind, I can’t stress it enough. I’ve got weeks, even months without visiting & the crew always welcomes me back & remembers who I am—it’s such a neat feeling having such a kind McDonald’s crew here in town. Thanks for being wonderful!

Having the inability to make breakfast but not allowing the redemption of the points for an equal and time acceptable item is absolutely ludicrous and calling a manager because I needed to move money around. Because of your unwillingness to do so after a five hour drive here is absolutely horrendous.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen. From the lowest-ranking employee to the manager, they are disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude. The person taking orders was particularly problematic; he pretended not to understand ‘vanilla cone’ despite my wife and I repeating it multiple times in different ways. It was such a disappointing experience. Even the manager or supervisor at this location was disrespectful and unprofessional.
I am attaching a photo of one of the problematic employees who even shut the window in my face and he wasn’t opening the window until after a while I called for the supervisor, unfortunately after seeing the supervisor I realized why the rest of the employees were so psychotic. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.”

they mess up my order almost every single time i go, and then when i go in to tell them they gave me the wrong thing they made things WAY more complicated than it ever should have been. Highly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers only onion only ketchup, and got 1 only onion only ketchup and a only pickle only mustard. The sprite lacked the syrup tasted like just carbonated water with a hint of lime and the fries were not up to standard limp sad and pathetic like they got ED or sum .

The service here was absolutely disgusting. The girl taking the order in the drive through was extremely rude and condescending about my order. I asked specifically for my cheeseburger plain (allergies) confirmed it with her and then when I got home everything was still on my cheeseburger.
