We were seated and greeted right away. We ordered our appetizer to be served before our meal. Our meal was served less than a minute after. We ordered a 16oz prime rib medium rare – it came well done and less than 12 oz. The prime rib was tough and dry and grizzly. Very disappointed with the food. The service and atmosphere was good.

We arrived early for lunch and probably within 15 mins other diners started arriving. It’s gets really busy during lunch. Food was delicious. We had their grilled chicken sandwich’s with the condiments bar which had all kinds of add ins for our sandwiches. Both the condiments bar and the full salad bar were well stocked and food looked fresh. Our waitress was helpful and attentive throughout our meal. This place is literally right by I-40,so we see it every time we drive in/out of our area.

My fiancé and I held our wedding here. We wanted simple and sweet but still somewhat elegant. They did not disappoint. We reserved both the Legacy and Encore rooms. The set up and food was excellent. The staff was great. Our guest had a great time and so did we. We definitely recommend. Thank you to everyone there

The 8oz sirloin steak was dry and had NO flavor at all. Worst steak I’ve ever had. Our waitress was very nice. The salad was delicious. There baked potato could have cooked a little longer. We had our company Christmas party here. The atmosphere was great however the steak was horrible. The shrimp was very good.

This is my first time at this dining establishment. My immediate reaction upon entering was that it felt familiar. Like most of the restaurants that existed during the 1980’s, so did I. It took me down a nostalgic path. Large booths, mirrors, salad bars. Lot’s of black interior. My food was delicious. The salad bar was what I would expect of one well stocked and rich with choices. My 10 oz. Ribeye was slightly the wrong temp for $25, but it sure was rich in flavor. The baked potato needed about 4 minutes to perfection, but it left my plate as well. Overall, I’m just a bit critical once a bill for two gets above $50.

It’s been years since I’ve been to The Cutting Board. My beau and I visited early on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and seated immediately. After reviewing the menu, we both got burgers and one trip to the salad bar. The burgers were cooked as we requested and had an incredible char grilled flavor. Bun was soft, lightly buttered and toasted. Salad bar was fresh and had a good selection of toppings. Our server was attentive. Atmosphere was pleasant and restaurant was clean. We are coming back to to try the prime rib soon.

Nothing like it used to be. Prices out weigh the food quality, presentation, and taste compared to other local places. Salad bar didn’t have some of our favorite toppings like it used to. The price for the salad bar has changed as well. And the menu has a “sharing fee” of $6.99 plastered all over it. We will no longer be returning. It’s a shame for the older generation who enjoy sharing a plate because of fixed incomes. If you plan on sharing anything, just order it to go.
