My husband and I both ordered the large chicken parm but my portion was noticeable smaller, it was clarified that we both wanted the large portion. I had wanted a second drink during dinner, the bartender never checked in. The manager was busy next to us hosting/ entertaining another family during our entire meal; even enlisting other staff to say hello and serve them. It was disappointing that we were overlooked and gave all the social hints…empty cup, slurp the empty cup, push the empty cup forward, gesturing at the manager and nod at my empty cup, gesturing at more employees for service, my husband waving…nope. The real nail in the coffin was after all those attempts to get a second drink our server finally pops back up at the bar and ask the manager’s guests if they need another drink before they’re seated. Then proceeded to ask us if I want a box. What a let down…
I also came a second time my food was so fresh the manager Keisha was absolutely phenomenal my server Grace was absolutely a professional and my food came out hot and ready two picks up front and I meant to get you right on the way out 10 out of 10 for hospitality cleanliness and good food
From the moment we walked in, the front staff was rude and unwelcoming. The young ladies at the host stand looked at us as if we didn’t belong there, which immediately set a negative tone. The first visit, about seven years ago, we were seated in a booth but never assigned a server. We waited nearly 30 minutes with no acknowledgment. Eventually, we were told there were no tables available for us—even though other guests continued to walk in and be seated at booths and tables. Today’s visit was a repeat of the same experience. The same dismissive attitude, the same lack of care, and again we ended up leaving. At this point, it’s clear this isn’t a one-time issue but a pattern of poor customer service and mismanagement. I expect basic courtesy, honesty, and professionalism when dining out. Sadly, this location has failed on all counts—twice.
