My husband and I love the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl! I especially love the soup and salad and bread sticks too!! We went again tonight and we were so pleased with the exceptional service given from the moment we walked into the door at this Coconut Point location! We were greeted and showed to our seats right away. Our server, Tyler was attentive, professional, friendly and knew his job very well!

My experience was very good and pleasant. I wanted to go out to eat with my wife and we didn’t find anything we liked, so we decided to go to Oliver Garden. Although I’m a little worried about the bad reviews this place has received, I wanted to check it out for myself since I already had a very nice experience at one located in Mexico (Cancun). And to everyone’s knowledge, the place is super clean, spacious, and beautiful. The service was excellent from the moment my wife and I arrived, as soon as we walked in. If you like pasta and the type of service they offer, believe me, it’s a good option.

Alexander’s service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond in every possible way. He was prompt, incredibly attentive, efficient, and displayed an extraordinary level of care and attention to detail. Not once did a dirty plate linger, a glass go unfilled, or our table feel anything less than perfectly tended to.
What truly set Alexander apart was his thoughtfulness. He ensured the children’s meals arrived first, anticipated our needs before we had to ask, and even personally packed our leftovers without being prompted — a level of service that is rare and deeply appreciated. He treated our family as though we were dining in a five-star establishment, making us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.

My family (party of 11) celebrated my daughter’s 12th birthday (her request) at Olive Garden located in Gulf Coast Town Centers. It seems to be out go-to for these occasions. As always the food was great and the service was EXCELLENT. Beverages were always full and the soup, salad and bread sticks were never ending. The manager stopped in a time or two, to make sure everyone and everything was good. I can’t say enough about our server Isabel! She was very attentive but not overly attentive although someone at some point was in need of something. This location never fails!

Went out with my family tonight. The manager of the restaurant was amazing he came and took our drink order and food order. But we only saw our actual server once. My husbands soup was cold and tasted old. His fettuccine came out cold and some noodles were hard. And again never saw our server to even let him know. And no one else came to the table after. We paid on the device on our table and asked the host for some bread to take home. Very disappointed

My time at this specific Olive Garden went very well, particularly for the service! There were two waitresses serving us and they were very polite and enjoyable to talk to. Their names were Brittney (I hope that’s the correct spelling!) and her shadow Avelina! Avelina did a very good job as she shadowed and was instructed by Brittney :).

Came in for dinner our server Miles was friendly and patient as we ordered.. customer service was the best 10 stars Miles made sure we had salad quickly and the breadsticks were hot and awesome..the shrimp carbonara was good but mine wasn’t that good..the pasta tasted good but the eggplant parmigiana was tough and mealy.. I’ll stick with my favorite cheese ravioli next time . The dessert was a delicious chocolate treat” …I would definitely come back to this particular restaurant for the stellar customer service, thank you Miles for great dinner service.
