We visited this branch in July and were very surprised by the service. First, we placed our order and were given a number for table service. We chose a table, placed the number, and waited. After about 10 minutes, we went to check on our order and found it had just been left in a paper bag on the counter. The staff seemed surprised when we asked about it. We also asked where our drinks were, and they told us it was self-service.

The tables were dirty, which was also shocking. In the UK, we usually receive much better service at McDonald’s.

Like cold, or undercooked fries, incorrect orders on the drive though? You’ll love this McDonald’s. Also during the Monopoly game went twice and got boxes without the game pieces. Useless.

And now they can’t count either as I have 3 pieces of chicken in my 4 piece.

Messed order up, couldn’t use coupon. Didn’t have Boo buckets (only a few days after release). Didn’t have ketchup, all out in dining area and all out when asked for at the counter.

Today we stopped at this location and as we were heading into the building the amount of garbage along the parking lot and grass area looked disgraceful. Walking into the lobby area at a quick glance around everything looked messy. After placing our order on the kiosk and getting a number tent for our table myself and my family searched around the whole dining area for a clean table, all the tables either had garbage, crumbs everywhere or were sticky. We ended up picking the best one and sat down once I wiped it off. The floors were sticky and everything looked so dirty. Go to get drinks, napkins, condiments prior to our meal and everything was empty. As i did the drinks my Husband and two boys went in to use the restroom and came out saying how gross the bathrooms were from the toilets to the sinks. We waited for our food to come since we had a number tent and they called our order from the counter and it was in bags not on a tray. The personality of all the employees was not very pleasant or friendly. Then to top off the filthiness my son bit into his cheeseburger and it had a long hair in it. This whole experience was unacceptable. Especially with a Food Director career I couldn’t even imagine feeling okay knowing people were coming in to eat in filth. We will never be back!

My wife and I went in to order two breakfast combos we did it on the point of sale touchscreen and then ended up waiting for about 25 minutes
The staff was a hot mess, order Number wasn’t even displayed on the touchscreen
I had to ask them what our order number was on the screen.

Finally received the sandwiches and hashbrowns without .the 2 black medium Coffees.

Had to lean over the counter and beg for attention several times let them know we needed our coffees..
while the team was assembling sandwiches and bagging up food for the drive-in for the drive-in and pick ups

Food was OK coffee was good waste of time on a 300 mile trip

1250pm today. I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. Ordered 2 Cheeseburger meal, 10pc Nuggets and Fish Filet. They had me park to wait. None of my food was even hot! Soggy French Fries. I am not sure if the staff is incompetent or just does not care. Obviously this location has a serious problem. Health Department and Corporate should pop in and pay them a visit.

Seriously the slowest McDonald’s there is. Even when they’re not busy. Went through drive through because I’m in a boot and I’ve done enough walking today. First off, I just wanted two large sweet teas and they thought I said two 20 piece nuggets. But before they asked if I said the nuggets I said “One with no ice, and one with light ice”
Took them a few minutes to figure something out on their end to get rid of the nuggets, but proceeded to ask if we wanted them. I said no just the sweet teas. Sat in drive thru for about 10 mins when there was only one truck in front of us. And when I got to the window. The teas weren’t even ready. After we got them, realized right off the bat that they weren’t filled the whole way. After I got home I then realized that we weren’t given the Monopoly cups. I was very upset. I mainly bought the drinks just for that.

I called at 1am during my 10hr shift, to see what time they start serving breakfast, she told me they start serving breakfast in between 3am and 4am. I get off work, and arrive at 4am, and she tells me at the drive through window she can’t serve me breakfast until around 4:30. The menu switches to breakfast at 4am, you should have the food prepared for customers if your advertising it..

It took 20 minutes for them to give us our food after taking our payment. No one came to the window to give us an explanation. They just eventually handed us a bag full of ice cold food. Without a doubt the worst McDonalds ive ever been to.
