It’s been a while since we have last been to an Outback Steakhouse. So we were in the Parkersburg/Vienna area and we stopped for an early supper.
We ordered sweet tea and a strawberry lemonade to drink. Both drinks were cold, tasty and able to quench our thirst.
Our main meal was an Aussie 3 Course that had Coconut Shrimp, Side Salad and French Fries, to include a slice of Cheesecake for dessert. Mine was a Ribeye Steak with Baked Potato and Side Salad.
Both meals were served in a very reasonable amount of time. The food was hot, appealing to the eye and a delight once it came in contact with our taste buds. Our waitress was constantly checking on us for drink refills and if the food was to our liking.
Needless to say, we had to take the cheesecake as a “to go” because we were entirely satisfied with the amount of food we previously ate.
So if you’re near the Parkersburg Mall area, please stop in and enjoy a really good meal at a reasonable price. Located at 105 Grand Central Mall, Parkersburg, WV. Thanks Outback.

Super prompt service on a Sunday night! We sat at the bar and Alisha took great care of us. She suggested menu options and drinks. She was busy taking tables and still kept her eye on us making sure we had everything we needed. The food was great! My husband had the blooming burger and I had a wedge salad. It came out very fast and everything tasted amazing! Good job outback and Alisha!!

These guys somehow got a perfectly cooked 15oz Delmonico to me in Mineral Wells after I placed a DoorDash order with like 10 minutes to close, and sent me a free piece of cheesecake to boot. Unbelievable. Great food and customer service!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to after dinner tonight. Coming from the service industry myself, I recognize and appreciate great service. The top notch service given to us tonight was by a gentleman named Gavin. He made sure to acknowledge us as soon as we sat, and kept everything coming in a timely manner, never once did we need for anything! Service was fast and prompt which is a necessity with a toddler. I’d also like to recognize Tia, she made and served my cocktail to me, and it was delicious. I come to Outback for the Wallaby Darned every time. Service like this is rare these days, especially when dining out costs more than ever, and it really makes a difference. Hence why I am leaving this review, in hope that Parkersburg Outback will acknowledge they have great team members

Service was awesome! Had the Prime rib sandwich and filet meals. The complimentary warmed bread, with butter, always a hit. Salads were fresh, lots of side broccoli on child’s meal. Dessert just ok. Easy dining location from the mall!

The FOOD…I really can’t say enough good things . We had 2 different steaks the searing and flavors. Juicy and tender. It was perfect. The cook knows what they’re doing. Coconut shrimp with sauce / the sides were all delicious.

It was my first time at this restaurant , and we were out with friends and family. Had a nice dinner, the food was delicious, good portions and good price. They have now this nice drink with a shark it was funny and nice. I recommend 100%. It has plenty of parking .
