1/10/2026, #1 Best meal anywhere is always Longhorns Parm Crusted Chicken & their Mac & Cheese. I eat it twice a month and it’s so tongue flopping incredible! Saturday night was sold out packed but our server Michael was amazing. Just watching him handle all his tables at the same time with so much professionalism so great to see. First class server that should be sought after by Knoxville’s finest restaurants if you’re smart.

Ended up coming to this longhorn after leaving the one by the mall (had a bad experience there). Came to this one and instantly had a way better experience. Was greeted immediately as soon as we came in.The host was very nice,Sat us at a table and was greeted by our waitress Immediately. We were taking care of very well, everyone was very sweet.Everything came out in a timely manner and was amazing hands down amazing experience. Logan the host was extremely well at his job and never stopped for a minute he was on top of everything. Our waitress Braylee (sorry if misspelled) was absolutely amazing.She was very wonderful, very sweet and went out of her way. 10 out of 10 will recommend and return!

I took my husband here yesterday for his birthday lunch and had such a nice time, I wanted to make sure to share our experience. From start to finish our visit as great.
Our host who seated us, Jamison was one of the nicest and most polite young man I’ve ever met. I walk slow due to a knee injury and he was kind and didn’t rush me at all. He asked about my injury and seemed genuinely interested and caring. I wanted to ask him for his parent’s phone number so I could call them to tell them what a nice young man they have raised, he was that nice.
Then our server came, Vee and she turned out to be just as nice. This place has done a good job with their hires. She was quick to welcome us and take our drink order. My husband said his Old Fashion was very good. Everything flowed just how we like it when dining out. We never had to look around wondering where she was. She refilled my water before I had to ask. She even brought me a togo cup when we were checking out, saying she noticed I was drinking lots of water and thought I’d like one for the road. I very much appreciated that.
So, not only was the staff wonderful, our meals were excellent. My husband is a steak man and he said his ribeye was one of the best he’d had. I had the salmon and it was great too. The only negative I can say, if you can call it a negative, is we had no room for dessert after finishing our meals. We both felt the size of the meals were just right and left feeling comfortably full.
It’s so refreshing to go out to eat and get treated like the staff is happy to see you and actually have intelligent conversations with them. It’s also nice to have a great meal at a decent price. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jamison and Vee for helping make my husband’s birthday lunch so nice.

I frequent this location a ton and it is one of my favorite restaurants for sure but the service has never been as good as it was tonight! Me and my fiancé came to have a little date night to celebrate our engagement! Robin B was our waitress and she was amazing! Sweet and positive personality, kept drinks refilled, and even drew us a little doodle on our receipt!! Safe to say one of our best experiences at Longhorn!! Give that girl a raise!!

In today’s world, we are constantly hearing how chain restaurants are struggling. I think if they focus more on food quality, people will come in regardless of price. This restaurant was way better in the 90’s. The steaks are not the best here. I do know if they are better depending on which location you go to, but I would rather go to a better steakhouse and pay more. Also, if you are looking for a chopped salad, do not go here. It is just a salad. They are not chopped. I feel bad for the servers to explain that to everyone. I do think the bigger issue is that the corporate run restaurant chains are most likely run by people behind a desk. We need more attention to detail.

From the time we walked in and was greeted and seated by Logan and served by Braylee it was an amazing dinner. Food was 10 service was off the chart and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable highly recommend anyone looking for a good meal for a romantic evening out to check out longhorn steakhouse in turkey creek. We will be returning.
