We came for my birthday and really enjoyed each dish! We had a variety of tapas but our shrimp dish was amazing. The sauce was delicious.
We sat at a high top table and we had the perfect view of the Bay.
Very festive atmosphere and decor – will come here again in the future and recommend to all our friends!
I want to add that the staff working last night were great and our server Nina K was amazing!

This place was absolutely amazing, ❤️and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. The food was delicious, and my entire family truly enjoyed every dish. The sunset was breathtaking and made the evening even more special.
We’re already planning to come back here again next year at the end of the year. I will definitely be back!

Love this place! I had brunch with my son and we truly enjoyed the experience. The tapas-style servings were perfectly portioned, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. It was definitely worth it. The atmosphere was lovely, with a nice view and very welcoming staff. We will surely be coming back for another dining experience.

Last night we had our first experience at Spain for our 2 year wedding anniversary and they couldn’t of made the experience more special. When we arrived they seated us in more private area and immediately congratulated us provided complimentary glasses of champagne. Our server for the evening was Nina, who was exceptional. She gave us great recommendations, checked in on us, and was always so kind and friendly during every interaction. I truly think Spain should have a master class for service people to come and learn his method. However, the food – outstanding. We went with tappas – flank steak, bacon wrapped dates, seared scallops, ham and cheese croquettes, and lamb bolgense. We finished with the olive oil cake which again was so good. It had flakes sea salt on the cake with vanilla ice cream served on the side. They also provided us with a tart placed on top of a decorated wooden board for our anniversary. Again, above and beyond the service we would of ever expected. I personally finished with a espresso martini which was delicious and remind me of one Ive gotten in keywest at Berlin.
All in all 20/10 experience. We cannot wait to go back and try more…and honestly get more of those scallops.

This past weekend we enjoyed Spain on two separate occasions, planned for a third but Mother Nature had her own plans. Our first stop was late Saturday night at the bar. We had our favorites and tried some new tapas & dessert as well. I cannot say enough how Spain NEVER DISAPPOINTS! As usual the staff, service and each bite of food were exceptional; the drinks were fantastic as well. They offer tapas for every palate, and the wine, liquor & cocktail menus are fabulous. Sunday we were fortunate to get seated for Bottomless Brunch and that was every bit as amazing as dinner the night before. Being able to order an unlimited amount of (fresh) plates is an incredible experience. Our server Chris did a great job of checking in on us and made sure our drinks were always full, and our plates kept coming!
My husband & I make several trips down to OCMD each year. During every trip we make Spain a priority and try to get there multiple times. The food, the service, the location, the staff and the ambiance of the restaurant make it worth the time and money spent. I cannot recommend Spain Wine Bar enough.

my fiancé and i went to spain wine bar on christmas eve as part of a special excursion i planned, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and welcoming — exactly what you’d want on a holiday night.
the service really stood out. our server and the management were genuinely kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating without ever feeling overbearing. they made us feel comfortable and taken care of the entire time, which made the night feel personal and memorable.
the food and wine were excellent, and everything came out at a perfect pace so we could actually enjoy the experience instead of feeling rushed. this was one of those places that makes a night feel special without trying too hard.
if you’re in ocean city and want a spot with great vibes, amazing service, and a place you’ll actually want to return to, this is it. we’ll definitely be back.

My friends and I have been here many times and are never disappointed. The service is amazing, food is great and drinks are top tier. We usually go for dinner but recently had the brunch for the first time and we will definitely be coming back for that!

I am very late posting my review. My husband and I went to the Spain Bar on November 8, 2025 to celebrate or wedding anniversary. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! Nina was our waiter and she made us feel like we were her only table. She asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. I told her it was a late anniversary dinner. She helped us choose our wonderful dishes and checked on us regularly. The food was phenomenal!!!!! At the end of the meal, she brought us 2 glasses of champagne and a dessert on the house along with an anniversary card from the restaurant. Talk about making us feel special! We even hugged her before leaving. This was our second time at the Spain bar with the first being almost as special! We will definitely return! Jennie Dickerson

We went to Spain Wine Bar to celebrate our anniversary. We were treated to a lovely table with a view for sunset. The server, Nina, was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed several tapas with a surprise complimentary glass of bubbly! Then the amazing paella arrived with expertly suggested wines. Finally we were treated to an amazing surprise dessert of warm chocolate cake and a flower! It was such a special time. Thank you for helping us celebrate !

We saw them bring red snapper in, which wasn’t on the menu, but the chef sent us such a phenomenally cooked platter, we were in complete flavorful bliss. Chef actually came to our table to check on us and wonderful and kind. I can’t say I remember a meal over our 37 years of being married that we enjoyed the whole experience, view and food more. Go treat yourself!
