I’m not a fan of Mexican food (my husband is) but we had such a great experience here that we’ll definitely be back!! Everything was amazing! We were immediately greeted by a man with a big smile on his face. Our server was super attentive and accommodating. Food came out hot and delicious! Drinks were yummy and the decor was super cute.

We were blown away! We’ve driven by the billboard so many times and tonight we finally stopped. I regret not eating at Chaparral’s sooner! From the moment we walked in it was a five stars experience. The gentleman who greeted us was warm, friendly and kind. The server was accommodating and knowledgable and engaging. I don’t even know what to say about the chef because like all chefs s/he is the superstar hidden in the kitchen – I can only tell you what we tasted…the deep fried red snapper was THE BEST!! Our motto is if red snapper or Branzino is on the menu – we always order it and thank goodness we stuck with that because we may have missed out! Seriously – we’ve enjoyed fried red snapper everywhere and this restaurant is not playing. So good! Bravo to the entire team. We will be back!!

Our server, Daniel, was amazing very on top of everything. Amazing suggestions for my family night since a few of us it’s our first time visiting. The food was amazing very homey. All the employees were really nice and great. The margaritas were absolutely perfect and very wide range and big. Food so many options wonderful flavor tastes fresh and very authentic. The ambience is very welcoming.
