Date night was a success! Thank you Sabrina for serving us! Everything was delicious! Really impressed by the seafood boil! My boyfriend and I loved the crab topped potato and steak as well! Great service, great atmosphere, no complaints from us. Would come back again!

I hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in probably about 10 years prior to eating at this location. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience here.
The food was extremely fresh and tasty. I had the popcorn shrimp and I also tried some of the rock lobster, bacon mac & cheese, and fries ordered by others in my party. Everything was amazing. I never remember Red Lobster being this good in the past!
It was quite busy when we visited, but service was still relatively prompt and extremely friendly. The historic Marshall Wells building provides a great ambiance.
As far as chain restaurants, this is about as good as it gets in the area.

This Red Lobster is an absolute hidden gem. Hockey dads from all over the state seem to find their way here to quietly enjoy a Modelo in peace, and honestly, the vibe just works.
You get the full local experience—overhearing the kitchen staff swap stories about their pets, picking up bits of color from the Uber Eats drivers coming and going, and soaking in that laid‑back bar energy that feels totally unpretentious.
And the best part? The Cheddar Bay Biscuits just keep coming. Free. The entire time.

Food was good, but menu said we got 2 sides with the items we ordered. I asked the server what sides they had, he told us- 1 was asparagus- we both chose that, with our other choice of side. Imagine my surprise when we got the bill, and were charged $3.99 each for the asparagus. If the server had mentioned the asparagus was an extra charge beforehand- then we could have opted for something else. But he didn’t.

Our family had a fantastic time at Red Lobster! We were able to get seated pretty quickly even though it was a busy night… There was a concert in town .
Our server was super friendly and especially kind, taking special attention with the kids and appreciating them directly. We felt so welcome! Everybody really enjoyed their food. The only comments for improvement were that the mac and cheese seemed a little cool instead of hot.
Everything that was served was cooked to perfection. We had an easy time getting refills and extra baskets of rolls. All around, and excellent time! A special shout out to our server for being so awesome… Thanks Arrah!!!

We went with a party of 4 adults.
We got the coconut shrimp to start, they’re fresh and flavorful. The dip is sweet which pairs with the coconut.
9.5/10 the only complaint was there wasn’t more.
The biscuits were a 8.5/10, everyone couldn’t get enough of them. Very tasty, and they keep on coming.
The salad was solid and was ordered with the steak. And potatoes. Both were a 8/10, the steak was pale looking but good and the potatoes were slightly under seasoned.
The fish and chips were a 7/10, the batter was thick, fish was a little tough/rubbery, but had decent flavor. Fries were good.
The shrimp Alfredo was saucey, and flavorful. 8.5/10
I got the shrimp and steak, and asked for the coconut shrimp dip. The plain shrimp also paired well with the dip! Very well.
(I don’t like horseradish so I didn’t want to use the sea food dip that came with the shrimp).
The shrimp was well cooked not rubbery or fishy tasting. The steak was unfortunately undercooked (I asked for well done and got medium rare) I cut the steak into a few pieces and took one to try and.. Didn’t get the pieces that were cut back from the kitchen after they cooked my steak more. 🙁 that being said the steak was cooked perfectly the second time and was very flavorful. Over all the food was a 8/10 but the steak being under cooked and missing out on some pieces that got lost in transit was a bit of a bummer.
The service was good, very friendly staff and the restaurant was clean.

Zoo needs people to visit, spend money at gift shop, and to donate. Facilities have aged and many need updated. The zoo tries to make exhibits the best it can, and had seasonal decorations up. Also statues or former larger animals, but the brown bears stole the show.

We had a great time out and absolutely loved the food here. This is a perfect example of how you can have a wonderful time and it doesn’t even have to be with lobster and crab. I tend to go for the rainbow trout but I went with coconut shrimp and garlic shrimp and did not regret it.

i ordered food to go and when i got there the food was ready and handed to me but unfortunately the rice for the salmon bowl was missing and i had to wait 15 mins to pay for the food. I was given attitude by the bartender working when asking if i could pay and she told me she was busy. i had to get a greeter to get the manager for me and he was no help either and just stared at me with a blank face when i told him i had been waiting to pay for 15 mins. horrible disappointed and will not be returning.

Jefferson was an amazing server. He was very polite even while running into the issue of ordering crab queso. The kitchen had ran out and needed to prep for more but he found alternative and was nice about it. He checked on us the right amount and wasn’t overbearing. The food was amazing too I just had wasn’t a fan of the mashed potatoes but that’s just me. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Jefferson!
