Many of you much like myself have passed by this restaurant and maybe never thought to turn in. New owners took over in October of this year and it is nothing short of amazing!! Exceptional service amazing hospitality!! The wings are seriously better than Buffalo wild wings!!! They are a really good size, cooked to perfection and seasoned so well! I also got the pizza flat and was very impressed. Everything came out fast, hot and presented in a very pleasant manner. The staff is incredibly polite and very helpful!! Do not let past encounters, deter you from giving them another shot! I promise it it definitely worth it. We will be back!! They are open every day of the year but thanksgiving and Christmas. They are open 11am to midnight.

They’re not making the doordash orders. I ordered through door dash my driver told me they said they would have to wait almost an hour. So of course that person can’t lose money to wait. I then went there and watched them tell 7 doordash drivers the same thing. I placed my order and got my order. I saw them just talking and no other pizzas came out, so they’re literally not even starting those orders. I understand wanting to not work, but call out, this is wrong.

We ordered two pasta dishes and an order of fries. GRUBHUB delivered our food and it was barely warm. This is the 4th straight delivery by GRUBHUB that I received my food uneatable. I am now going to ask before I order and if GRUBHUB does their delivery I will call another business. This the 1st time at Pizza Hut. They use a third party for their delivery and the food is not stored properly to keep it warm. Pizza Hut will not refund because the liability is the 3rd party’s responsibility to get the food delivered not theirs. Poor service.

Ordered and paid for a pizza with extra cheese. Pizza arrived 25 minutes after scheduled delivery. Box was smashed open and not sealed. Pizza was cold and not cheese on top. Called the store and was on hold for 30 minutes. Tried to use Pizza Hut chat and was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for an agent before I gave up. Called the hotline and was told to call the store. Frustrating that I spent over 30 dollars on 1 pizza that was inedible. Worst Pizza Hut experiences are always at this location

This place needs to shut down! Everytime I order from here there is an issue with my food. But this time is too much. The pizza I ordere was not cooked correctly and it was cut even worse! The slices are extremely small and cut all wrong and the crust was almost see thru. And the pasta I got was not even fully cooked. I need my money back for this!!

This place is a hot mess. Staffing is a serious issue. During the day only 2 people are staffed/working. When they’re at their busiest like on a Friday night there’s six people staffed but only two working. The other four are just walking around aimlessly or looking at their phone. Tonight I ordered online. Got there in time. Was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes for my food to be ready. After waiting 10 minutes, a cook came from the back and asked what I was waiting for. The front attendant told them that my order was in the oven. The Cook said my order had been ready. Sure enough I get home a less than 10 minute commute and my pizza is Luke warm.

Didn’t deliver our boneless wings. One of our two pizzas looked like a leftover that they just ran through the oven again to heat it up. Was burnt, chewy, dry, and inedible. Called twice and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes before hanging up. I have contacted corporate, and if there is no resolution through that route, I will be calling my credit union and claiming a fraudulent charge against this Pizza Hut.
Edit: Tried them again May 30th, 2024. Somehow, worse. I don’t even have to explain. Just look at the second picture. I also love how they charge a dollar for a side of marinara and fill the cup half way.

Walked in and was greeted by someone who is extremely rude, the entire building has black mold around the perimeter and the whole place reeks of mildew! 10 out of 10 do not recommend!! Drive a little further and find a better Pizza Hut, better yet maybe just find a Papa John’s

I advise you to check your order before walk out to the store. Saturday I order 3 orders of wings and bread stick. When I opened my order it was not completed so I called the store right away. A lady said she was going to rembols my money , she didn’t do it. I called the next day same thing I kept calling and same thing. Ashamed on them. They don’t know how to deal staff like that . I guess I’m not going to get my money back . Bad experience so sad

I asked for extra extra sauce— I paid for extra extra sauce— while ordering I let the person Know that if they don’t point this detail out to the person in the kitchen that I won’t get extra sauce. Big surprise, I didn’t get extra sauce. They refused to redo the pizza or give me a refund and hung up in my face. Nice.
