I came back today (February 2026) to my favorite Pokeworks location, and it reminded me why I love this place so much. Jona, the manager of this branch, was incredibly welcoming and genuinely happy to see me back. He treated me with such kindness and warmth that I truly felt special.

Yummy food with a lot of options and friendly staff! I had a salmon bowl and mango milk drink. I liked that I was being asked whether I wanted to have my drink regular sweet or half sweet. The only thing that would have made my visit even better would have been Hawaiian music

First time visiting this shop. The staff was extremely helpful with allowing us to taste the sauces and gave great tips on what paired well together. All of the ingredients were fresh, the store was clean inside and out. It was helpful they offered chicken as well because my sister doesn’t eat a lot of seafood. Food and prices were clearly listed in the event you wanted to add additional toppings.

I ordered two poke bowls today, and unfortunately, both were made without any sauce. In addition, one of the bowls was missing about half of the ingredients I selected. This was very disappointing, especially since I placed the order with specific details. Because this location is a 20-minute drive from me, I wasn’t able to go back to have it fixed. I expected better attention to detail and quality from Pokéworks, and I’m really disappointed with this experience.

This location had great service. was clean inside and out.
The staff that were there were friendly and helpful. The reason why I give it only four stars out of five is because they didn’t have as many items to choose from in the vegetable selection that you find out other poke establishments.
Would recommend and would patron another pokeworks place in the future.
