2 young girls were working when I came in, both of them wearing booty shorts with there butt cheeks hanging out. She charged me $18 for my purchase. I received a confirmation on my cell from my credit card saying that’s what I was charged. Then one of the girls said it didnt go through and she wasn’t going to make my order until I paid a second time. I showed her the confirmation text I just received about the payment and she still refused then both girls started yelling at me and helped the customer behind me and kept ignoring me. I didnt receive my items but my card was charged. The way she was so quick to give me an attitude and scream at me while I was with my child is insanity

Ordered an açaí bowl and told the staff of a nut allergy. They marked my bowl with a bright orange allergy sticker, however after halfway through eating my bowl, I bit into an almond! The more I dug down into the bowl, there were more! This is dangerous, careless, and negligent! When it comes to a food allergy, staff should be mindful of how a critical their attention should be to the order they are working on. We will never be eating here again.

This used to be my favorite solbol spot but after today i never really want to return. Normally i get half green and half acai with no granola. I was denied and charged as extra acai when i still wanted the same amount in the cup. I settled for green, no big deal i guess just not what i wanted and always get. when i recieved it it wasn’t even edible. Like ice in a cup. I have had my bowl in the heat for 30 min in my car heater and their is still ice chuncks. It just put a big damper on my day. If you want an acai bowl now i would suggest any other location unfortunately

I went into SoBol today and received wonderful customer service. My açaí bowl was delicious! It was so fun because they are having a big event today $5 for a classic bowl!!! Go get yours today. 🙂

I came here a couple of weeks ago for the first time with my daughter and the staff was so friendly and helped us with crafting the perfect bowl! The build your own bowl option is perfect and the service is great. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a yummy and refreshing treat. Will definitely be coming back.

I was charged $18 for the wrong bowl.
I ordered a pitaya bowl with strawberry and banana toppings instead of the toppings that come with the Pitaya. I was charged extra for each topping. And in the end I got regular Acai instead of pitaya .
Basically I paid extra for a regular bowl with no blueberries.
This has happened 2 other times so I had to write a review. And I’m pretty sure it was different girls each time.

I come to this location for acai bowls at least 3 times a week. I will have to go to the Lindenhurst or bethpage location from now on because EVERY TIME I come in here the staff completely ignores my existence. At first I thought it was due to being busy & allowed them an extensive amount of time to acknowledge me but after going twice this week with it primarily empty and the staff constantly servicing the person behind me I’ve decided I can use my dollars elsewhere. This has happened on multiple occasions with different staff. I understand the demographic of the community in which you are located, however, my money is just as green, even if my skin is black. Today I asked the staff is there a specific way that I should be picking up my order in order to not be ignored, after an interesting glance at the other staff there, She stated she just didn’t see me . I laughed off her answer & thanked them. Although I hope this is an isolated incident and not the way this location is run, I’m just not convinced. Customer service should be shown to all customers , right ?

I’ve been to quite a few bowl places and this is by far my favorite! Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating as to allergies and special requests…(I’m kind of a pain in the butt with how I like my bowl.. lol)
