I went to this Ihop location today ( 2/14/26) and this location sucked. People before and after us walked out due to the wait, it took us about 20 minutes to get seated and another 20 minutes to be waited on. The waitress did her best but she did not have the staff to help her. I felt like the manager wanted her to fail and the manager wanted the business to fail. I am a manager of a different company and I would never do that to my location. As my family and I were eating dinner, I looked around and saw what I would be able to change to better the team and have the guests have a better time. I expect the owner or whoever watches this to get back to me and I will give further input. I never had an experience like this before. Get it together and get staffed properly. If I ran that location, I would do a way better job.

I took my family for our breakfast. It was on a tuesday.We got to the front, nobody took care of us. They were still some people there. And we didn’t know was going on. Finally the waitress comes and took us to the table as soon as I got there. I noticed the place is not so clean this Poon and a fork still got some food stuck to it. Long story short. I don’t think this is the best place to go for a breakfast. You have way more local places, way better than this. And the price for that food, it’s too expensive all our food tests like nobody cleans. The grill.
I think this place do sell a lot of food because the way they advertise.
But the taste of the food all in greasy.
One last thing. If you wanna go to this place, prepare yourself to wait 1 hour and half before the food gets to your table.

Service was terrible. Waited for several minutes to get seated in a completely empty restaurant. We found the hostess and another employee in a booth towards the back of the restaurant. The hostess was awake, but on her phone and never noticed us and the other employee was complelety out, sleeping in the booth. After getting seated, we used the restrooms which smelled terrible. The atmosphere, staff, attentiveness, and lack hospitality caused us to just leave.

Went in this location for the first time. We were seated in a few minutes. Our server was very cordial and got our drinks immediately.
We had ordered the omelet with the side of pancake and the Mexican chicken bowl with French fries. It took 50 min for the food to arrive.
Our server was very nice about it and gave our drinks for free. The food was really good, we liked it.
