I had an excellent experience at the 080 T2 Arrival Lounge. The ambience is relaxing, the facilities are well-maintained, and the overall service standards are truly impressive.
A special mention to Ms. Muskan and Ms. Swastika who made the experience exceptional. Their professionalism, warm attitude, and attention to detail created a very welcoming environment. They were proactive, courteous, and ensured that every requirement was taken care of with a smile.
Their service added a personal touch that made my stay at the lounge truly memorable.
Highly recommended for anyone arriving at Terminal 2 in Bangalore!

The lounge offers a pleasant ambiance with comfortable seating and a good variety of food, including vegetarian, non-vegetarian, à la carte options, and desserts. Overall, the food quality was satisfactory and the facilities have good potential.
However, a few aspects of the service were disappointing. which should be clearly informed beforehand. More importantly, at the time of card swipe, we were told that drinks were included, but once inside the bar area, we were informed by the bar attendant that drinks were not included. This contradiction caused confusion and reflects a lack of clear communication among staff.
Additionally, when we requested coffee, we were informed that the coffee machine was not working. A staff member said he would arrange an alternative and went to speak with the manager, but the discussion took a prolonged time, making us feel uncomfortable for having made a simple request.
While the lounge has good food and ambiance, improved transparency, staff coordination, and customer handling are necessary to meet the expectations of a premium airport lounge

Very nice Arrival Lounge. You can order fresh food. Beverages like coffee, tea are available. Free WiFi. Eggless bakery items are not there. Everything has egg. Otherwise, it is good. Staff are very polite and friendly, they treat the customers well (the receptionist who was on duty by around 5pm on 28th Dec 2025 – was humble and friendly)

Amazing experience at the new 080 Arrival Lounge at Terminal 2. Easy fast checkin with your Credit Card and Boarding pass and the place has beautiful interiors. The rush is limited with a wide variety of a la carte food options all 24 hours. Food served hot and fresh and is an absolutely delight. The hospitality is amazing with well maintained and clean washrooms as well. The Buffet and the a la carte food and beverage options are absolutely free while the Alcoholic beverages and shower have additionally charges, as required. So after your tiring journey to Bangalore, enjoy this small piece of relaxation with amazing food.
