My husband and I came in and decided to try this restaurant for the very first time, and I would love to say that the food was amazing and our loving waitress, Xemina is such a sweetheart. She is very sweet and such a loving character; we really appreciated her kindness and service as well! The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cozy! I really enjoyed it so much. We will come back here again!

It’s a shame. This could have easily been my favorite Mexican Restaurant the region. However, the first time I try it I ordered and went nextdoor to CVS and came back to get my order which was an order for two. Now mind you the place wasn’t even busy not even half full and when I first walk in it took almost five minutes after ringing their bell for someone to come out and take my order. After picking up my order and driving 20 minutes to my destination, I find that I only got one barito and not even the right kind…and definitely did not get the two meals I paid for. Then trying to call to see if they will make it right and was never able to reach a person just an answering machine. So we split what they gave us because at this point I’m not driving back 20 minutes when you can’t even reach someone on the phone….like I said. It’s a shame, judging by the wrong food we had. It was pretty good and this could of easily been our new favorite place in the region. Unfortunately, just having good food is not what it’s all about. You also need good service to make a restaurant work in today’s market. Too bad they really dropped the ball on this one. Could have easily been a new favorite… instead of very disappointed! I want to edit this to let you know I’m very pleased at how the reasturant made everything right and the food is excellent!!! We will definitely be back…and thank you for your response in making this right for us!

AWESOME Like Off The Chain Good
Toco’s where fantastic
Chips and salsa the same.
I think sometime the service might be a little slow that’s because they take the time to make it right.
I’ll definitely return when I’m in the area

We went for lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. It was our first time trying it. They were almost full with guests and also with one server and she did it ALL. She was making bar drinks, bussing tables, taking orders, bringing our food, refilling drinks, and smiled the whole time! Kudos to her!!! The food was good, the restaurant is small, but the service was ON POINT. We’ll be back!

My husband and I have been here several times since they’ve opened. The service was amazing everytime because we had gotten one young lady behind the bar. Once she was no longer working there, the service drastically changed. Especially in the past several weeks, different times throughout the day, the waitresses we have had seemed like they don’t care to be there. Tonight for instance. We get to the bar and sit down. There was a group at the dining area already eating. We seen nobody for little over 5 minutes. A couple of guys walked in within that time and sat next to us at the bar. Still nobody for a few more minutes. Finally a young lady comes in and gets our drinks and hands us menus and takes the other men’s drinks. Once she’s handed drinks, then she took the men’s orders and walks away. Still nobody chips or salsa. Finally she comes back with chips and salsa and then takes our order. Then nobody comes back until food was ready so we didn’t get to ask for anymore salsa before the food came out. Once food was dropped off, then nobody again. Our beans and rice were barely warm and his meat he had tasted like it was from a day prior. Finally when they came towards the door to enter the bar, both waitresses were talking and the men next to us had to call to them to get another drink. We asked for a box, received the box, then the waitresses disappeared again. After some time of waiting to see the waitresses for our check, I had to go towards the dining room area to find them talking behind the desk. I asked for our check and went back to my seat. After this experience, you lost us as customers. Very disappointing.

We decided to give La Haciendita a try today. We ordered online as it was easier for us to try the food this evening. The order was placed at 3:16pm. We ordered a few different things to try and of course chips, queso dip, and guac as well. Our order was set to pickup at 3:51pm per the email confirmation. Arrived at the restaurant at 3:55pm and was told they were still working on our order. After 15 minutes of standing near the entrance waiting, our food started to come out. I was told we were waiting on the guac to then be made. By the time the whole order was received it was an hour total, ( 30 minutes after the online order pickup time).

Upon opening the food, the fajitas didn’t seem to come with the lettuce, tomato, sour cream as posted on the online ordering. They were decently seasoned but hard to decipher what you were eating because all the meats tasted the same.

The Pepe’s burrito was subpar. The quesabirria tacos were missing the cilantro as per online ordering.

Queso and salsa were very bland. The salsa tasted like tomato sauce in a container. Guac was decent but not worth the price for the small scoop you get.

The rice and beans as added sides weren’t the sizes listed online and we received smaller dishes than listed. You receive only one bag of chips for all the salsa, guac, and queso you order but can order more chips for additional price.

Always willing to try new restaurants but after not even receiving an apology for the wait or acknowledging that it was double the time, I’m not sure we will be back. There was hardly any tables and most dine-in customers already had received their food.

There are other delicious Mexican restaurants in our area that we love going to.

So from the beginning walking in, it was awkward. The two ladies just looked at us like they were confused why we were there. We sat down, and ordered drinks. I asked if the glasses were frosted, and cold for the draft beer. We ordered 2 models, the kids got soft drinks. Then I asked while they were going to get the drinks, if we could get some quac, the response was they were out of of avocados. Umm what?! There’s a save a lot across the street mam! Then the beers came, an in a large big daddy mug, they were missing 1/4 of the beer, excuse me?! During this whole immediately sitting down transaction, a door dasher came in to pick up an order, and the older Hispanic lady was confused also why she was there, and said they have nothing for her. We got the chips, and salsa, the chips were stale, and the salsa tasted out of a can. We said thank you, and said we’re leaving, and walked out…I would avoid altogether!

I don’t understand why this place has a low rating. The food is perfect and our waitress was attentive and really nice. We are looking forward to our next visit.
