When we went up to the drive-thru, a worker told us to “wait a second” and claimed to be overwhelmed (we saw them standing on their phones for another good 10 minutes once we got to the window), so we sat there waiting for at least 15 minutes. When they finally answered just so we could tell them our codes for orders we had *already* placed online, it took them another 15 minutes to make our very small orders. Through the drive-thru window, we saw a girl just sitting on her phone the whole time, occasionally putting it away if she saw us looking at her. The other workers also stood and did nothing for a good 10 minutes before moving over slightly to pour a couple drinks. This location should not advertise itself as open overnight when they cannot even handle 1 car sitting in the drive-thru for at least half an hour, completely alone, with a closed lobby.
P.S. they forgot half our drinks despite doing nothing for at least 20 minutes, and our fries were at least 1 hour old. The bacon on my sandwich was almost completely raw too.

ordered mobile, came though drive thru like 3:15 am, it was dinner menu, the guy said, you will get your refund and they not accepting any orders, but drinks, okay, i get it, but close your damn app so people not coming during night for nothing,i guess they not accepting any orders since 3-5 am, so your restaurant can be closed or write about it somewhere! weird and unacceptable things going on all the time there, strongly suspect you don’t come here.

I was just at this location going through the drive thru and I saw, what I assume to be the manager(pony tail with shaved sides/bottom half of the hair), literally pick his nose and continue bagging the food inside. That is absolutely disgusting and how illnesses spread. If the manager is in there picking his nose and touching food items, why type of expectation is this setting?

If you enjoy your fast food experience at a pace that could charitably be described as “geologic,” then this McDonald’s drive-thru is your paradise. We’ve been sitting in this line for a solid 20 minutes now, and I’ve aged enough to qualify for the senior discount by the time we actually reach the window.
I could have slow-cooked a gourmet meal, learned a new language, or filed my taxes in the time it’s taken to move maybe three car lengths. The ‘Fast’ in ‘Fast Food’ seems to be a cruel joke here. If there was a line for the parking lot, I would’ve taken it, parked, and walked inside. At this point, I’m genuinely curious what logistical crisis is unfolding inside that warrants this kind of delay. Are they hand-grinding the coffee beans? Is Ronald McDonald personally milking the cows for the shakes?
My enthusiasm for a Big Mac is rapidly dwindling, being replaced by a deep, existential dread about whether I’ll ever escape this asphalt purgatory. Do better, McDonald’s. Twenty minutes for a drive-thru order is not service; it’s a social experiment in patience.
Advice to Management: Hire more people, speed up the process, or at least put on a clown show to entertain us while we wait. My bladder is now starting to question my life choices

Food was decent. Service was messed up but thankfully whoever was in charge was able to figure it out. If you want to sit in building with overflowing trash, mostly foul mouthed individuals (I have never heard the “F” word used that much ever.), and a toilet that was almost clogged with full of toilet paper. Go for it! My crew has no plans on ever returning.

This is like the fourth time in the last month that I’ve had an issue when coming into this restaurant. Anytime you try to give your rewards points they don’t enter it and continue with having you order while Lying and saying that it went through. I ordered an extra value meal and bought a chocolate milkshake. They counted my chocolate milkshake as my extra value meal drink and charged me additional four bucks for it.. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Whoever’s been doing the ordering through the drive-through needs retrained. I feel like they were just stealing my cup because it has the monopoly piece. I was trying to get.

What restaurant let’s there workers cuss so badly in front of kids. I will never return to this McDonalds. There should be actions taken against this manor. It was more then one cussing. The food came out wrong. And when near the registers it had a strong Marijuana oder. Not saying it was coming from inside but worth checking into. Like random drug testing.
