It is a good place and I like it but I ordered my food and they came out with it and they forgot my stuff but had everyone else’s. It was a big group but how do you remember everyone except me? But it wasn’t really a big deal and I didnt mind. But there food is good and i would recommend eating here, mostly for dinner and they have a bar.

We stopped here friday night after shopping. While we understand we can towards the end of the night, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at any point through the day. The floor was covered with debris to the point where we had to wipe down my daughters crayons when she dropped them.
My husband’s hamburger had a hair sticking out of it. We notified our waitress and they offered to remake it but he had lost his appetite by that point. They did refund his meal so we do appreciate that.
I ordered a grilled chicken breast expecting it to be normal size and it came out the the size of maybe a chicken tender. The portion was not worth the $16.
Our server was great but the cleanliness of the restaurant was extremely offputting.

The food was an absolute no, nothing we ordered was good at all! Nothing we order ribs wings burgers shrimp spent over $120.

I’ve debated leaving a review for a couple of days but as a food service worker myself, feel it necessary. I ordered the Scorpion burger and I’ve honestly had bell peppers that were hotter than what was supposed to be a “spicy treat.” The burger itself was cooked right and I did eat it but it definitely wasn’t what was expected. Party members didn’t get “bottomless sides” and we were only asked after we had completed our mains if we wanted more. Wait staff wouldn’t remove dirty dishes and we had to jostle plates for enough room to eat comfortably. Even stacked the app plates and basket to the side in an attempt to get her to remove them. One member of the party ordered a lettuce wrapped burger and the cook literally placed the burger in between to quarters of a head of lettuce. Was definitely a disappointing experience. Was not busy on our side and many staff members wandering aimlessly and even reading books.

First time to visit tonight. Kind staff greeted me as I walked in. I had never been to Red Robin before and wanted to get carry out and try the Impossible Burger; I ordered two of the Southern Charm burgers with Impossible meat substitute for me and my mom. It did not take very long and the order was ready. Got home and wow was it good. Looking forward to ordering again, and trying other burger options. From the time I entered to the time I left, it was a great experience. Thank you Red Robin.

First time trying the restaurant and the food was great and the prices were fair. However, our server was another issue. Bill came and was 87 dollars after my 10 dollar coupon for free apetizer, for three people! I caught a glimpse of the order on the screen before she changed to the pay page and all of our drinks were double charged and my son’s 9.99 burger meal was changed to a 15.99 burger order. I asked to see the bill again and she told me she could not go back to the order screen. She said we couldn’t get the 9.99 meal for him because it wasnt on the menu, even though it was in the menu and an ad on the table. I asked for a printout for my spouse to verify and waitress went back to a different computer and brought out a different itemized receipt where total was 59 dollars, all double charges removed for the drinks and my coupon applied for the free appetizer. If I hadn’t caught a glimpse of the bill she would of charged us 28 extra dollars on our order. We will not be back even though the food was amazing.

Went to Red Robin in Wausau with the jumpers on my track team. Had great food and great service. Especially Darryl, he was super friendly and even came to our track meet the next day after we told him about it to show some support!!!!
