We went through the drive-thru last night our food was delicious hot and very fresh server that brought it to us was very very nice to make sure that we had napkins and some ketchup We were very pleased with the quality of the food we had at McDonald’s
The drive-through was fast and easy In fact I like that a lot where they have two lanes that goes pretty fast used to back in the day I guess it was so slow but it was always worth it to so much better now!!!!!!

Ordered only a drink & medium fries – ended up waiting in the front lobby for a good 20 minutes while workers had social hour with their friends at register. I’m assuming they were all friends with the workers, as THEY were clicking on the screen to make their order & not the employee . The workers will stare at you while you wait in line , maybe 3 of them are actually working & the others are just standing there trying to look busy. i’ve had horrible experiences here before, & frequently… between the drive through & going into the lobby. it doesn’t look good on you as a business… & most importantly. seriously ? TWENTY minutes for a drink & fries ? ♀️ if i had a full blown several meals in one order , okay understandable . but that is ridiculous

First of all – both Darren and Ashley were extremely friendly, hard to find even at high end restaurants.
I’m pretty sure that I’ve never been in a cleaner Micky’s, or any fast food restaurants for that matter!

Three happy meals and one value meal waited 38 mins. 3 other people in front of me waited longer and there were several in line after me. Every time I use just this McDonalds it’s a disaster. Never again here.

I’m 51 and have all over America. Been to many McDonald’s and have never seen one as badly managed as this one. And it’s not just 1 manager it’s all of them. You’ll wait 5 minutes for someone to work the lobby then another 15 minutes for your food. I’m talking about when their not even busy.
