Waited in just the drive thru for 45 minutes. not even exaggerating. There was barely any cars, at least 5 people working at 11:20 at night. Didn’t end up leaving until 12:15am. Nowhere to turn around at so we were just stuck. Then at the window the guy had 0 customer service skills. Crazy like we didn’t just wait for an hour, for a literal milkshake. Do better.

Ordered though DoorDash around 440. Got my order delivered, my drinks were mixed. I got a caramel frappe extra caramel, and a mocha frappe add Oreo. Had no Oreos in my mocha frappe. They were in the caramel one. Called and mentioned my drinks were mixed up. Here is the response “maam, I PERSONALLY made those drinks and I know they weren’t wrong” I said “I am currently taking pictures of my drinks, I am more than willing to bring you the drinks or a photo of the drinks to show you that you made them WRONG.” He hung up on me. Almost two hours later, they still are not answering. Last time, he called my boyfriend a “jackass” for walking into the dining room at 1230am (he did not know the dining room was closed) this overnight guy has been here for months. I’ve heard/ read multiple complaints. I don’t understand how he still had a job at a place that “cares about their customers”

Every time I go here the star rating keeps going down. It used to be the best McDonald’s in Altoona to eat at compared to the station medical center. But it’s been going down slowly. The last 2 times that I went I don’t even get a full French . I ordered a large and got maybe a med size in the large container. Today ordered a medium got less than a medium. Not to mention the last time I stopped in to sit down and eat the soda counter was so filthy doesn’t look like it was clean in months. My daughter went to get ketchup and small flies flew out around the ketchup dispenser. The manager needs to close for a night and them and the staff deep clean that place. The manager also needs to teach the people running the fryer on how to actually fill up the fry containers and stop cheating people out of food they pay for. And please put your curbside parking spots somewhere else like maybe on the side of the building. Last two times can’t even get to the curbside pickup due to your consumers parking in them and dinning in.

Ordered on the kiosk and needed our cups. We asked if we can get four large cups, and we were in the middle of asking for the food to be for here and the dude just walked away. The employees here are not dressed properly, people who are working with the food do not have there hair pulled up. They handed out our food we were missing a double quater punder and our mocha frape. Went up to the front counter waiting 5-10 mins. They saw i was there and still didnt take my order.

Went through the drive thru overnight. Ordered online and still ended up waiting for almost 20 minutes. Just to have them forget my sandwich. Had to go back through the drive thru after a line had formed. Since they don’t like to answer their phones at this time of night. Waited an additional 20min for them to give me a half ass made sandwich. Even though I paid for extra stuff through the app and didn’t get reimbursed for. Manager was very rude when dealing with the issue. Didn’t even offer me another form of service (refund or remaking my actual sandwich) so I could be satisfied I’m so over this McDonald’s at night.

Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes waiting to order, cars behind me could not back up, ordered my food, after paying for it. I sat behind the car in front of me for 10 minutes. Then I pull up to the pick-up window sat there five minutes then told to pull into drive thru waiting. Took another 10 minutes to get my food. I order 2 McChicken sandwiches and a foundation drink. They say they served how many million burgers? But the slowest drive in history. Managers don’t care, they yell at the staff and all have inappropriate conversations and swearing. It is absolutely disgusting.

The quarter pounder with fries I got was cold 4 minutes after I ordered it. One of the shift managers said there was nothing she could do because it should be hot coming out of the bin they store them in. She refused a replacement and a refund.
Additionally, when I went to sit down to attempt to eat my cold quarter pounder, there were nail clippings on two tables and the others were visibly soiled from previous customers. The management should be ashamed, as I’m sure this doesn’t meet “quality standards”. McDonald’s is a generally disgusting restaurant, but this one takes the cake for the nastiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!
