Ordered a chicken sandwich and it arrived split in half, poorly prepared, and nothing like what’s advertised. The chicken was torn apart and made the sandwich inedible. Very disappointing experience, especially for the price. Food quality like this is unacceptable. The lady didn’t even tell me they did this to the sandwich. If they were out of filets they could just tell me. Awful service, they should be fired for this. Couldn’t even get a refund.

I’ve been to this Popeyes before it is a great establishment but I must say what caught my attention was this gentleman by the name of Ernie Bonneville he was doing an outstanding job he was so engaged with every single and customer going above and beyond very polite hard working and multi tasking picking up small trash off the floor and hoping the customer is on the kiosk he presents a strong presence but gentle and very kind a jack of all trade and a one man army if he ever gets a chance to see this review I pray the Lord’s blessing and prosperity over you

Was at this location 01/03/26 purchased 10 pc family meal got home and realized there was only 8 pcs in box … First off the lady was very rude and not nice to deal with she acted as tho it was a bother to her to wait on customers… Never greeted me and never said thank you very rude … I won’t be spending my money at that location anymore and I won’t be surprised if they loose some customers at that location -North Salisbury Blvd Salisbury Maryland !!!

Food is usually fresh & good but for some reason they are stingy on the mashed potatoes and gravy and it’s annoying. They barely add gravy and this time my mashed potatoes weren’t even full. It’s one of my favorite sides & this food is too expensive for this. My pictures show what I was served and after I mixed the gravy. It basically just moistened the potatoes. Gravy is supposed to be extra & we should taste it. The last time I asked for more gravy they wanted to charge me for it. I might just find my own recipe and stick to the fries or here.

Food is always good, they’ve got good meal deals for parties of any size. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to the staff. Any time I’ve come, whether it be recently or 3 years ago, I’ve never dealt with someone who seemed to care about the job. I know fast food isn’t the most inviting industry, but you look around at Chick-fil-A’s and Tacobell/KFC an the team is much more polite and helpful.

June 2024 Update: We walked in, the building was smoked out. Everything running as usual. Order bagged up pretty fast but two of our pieces were questionable. See pics A drum and a piece of a wing (it was counted as one of the 10pc) THEN a breast that we weren’t really sure about eating. Kinda looked like chicken neck still attached
