Cold stone spots are always great. This place gets a bit busy, not sure if its the crowds or the teenage helpers that chat too much with each other. Either way good ice cream comes with a wait.

We went in a few nights ago, at 9pm (they don’t close for another hour) When walking in we got dirty looks from employees and they said nothing. We stood awkwardly by the ice cream case waiting for them to say something to us. They were pretty rude when getting the icecream and kinda acted like we were bothering them by coming in. Paid $20 for two of the like it’s and got the tiniest scoops known to man lol. Not really not worth it

Simply gross. The store is out of date, dirty and apprently having some what new equipment is not a requirement. Being a franchisee myself its disappointing to see owners just not invest in their stores for years.

The only girl working today was extremely rude. She kept asking us to wait because she was the only one in the store. BUT my grandkids and I were the only ones also. No need to be rude. We’d waited for her to put Happy Birthday on a cake . She put it on the wrong cake rolled her eyes and made us wait again! It’s going to be a long unpleasant summer if she stays in the shop. Getting ice cream should be a cheery experience!

We have come twice in 2 weeks for my Son to get a little ice cream. The 1st time, the service was excellent!! She was friendly! 2nd time was like we interrupted something this employee was doing. 1 word communication… blank stares. 0 personality. 1 bad apple.

I came here with my pregnant fiancé and it had a sign that said open and they didn’t close for another five minutes. We walk to get her ice cream because she’s craving it and they refused our service unbelievable. On the night of July 28. Smh

Negative! That’s the vibe of this location. My family and I visited this location twice within a two week period. Issue with same girl who’s “been with the company a few years” you walk in and just don’t feel welcome, no smiles no greeting no friendly anything. They take your order like you’re bothering them. The product/ice cream is good, it is delicious ice cream. Very disappointing customer service though. Should be a fun experience, if you don’t like your job don’t make everyone else miserable with you. Get some new employees or train them better on what type of atmosphere they should have in there.

This is our favorite late night guilty pleasure joint. The ice cream being delicious is a given, but the staff is awesome. Always friendly and punctual. Normally I am allergic to lines of more than 3 people, but I make an exception for this location because of how fast they move folks through. Good location too, in Santee Trolley Square, next to Starbucks. Parking is always available.
