I had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse! The food was really good, cooked just right, and came out hot and fresh. The cheese fries was my favorite! They had plenty of cheese on them with crumbles of bacon and served with a side of ranch.. But what really made the visit stand out was the excellent service from our server, Austin. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Great food and great service—we’ll definitely be back!

This is a wonderful Outback!! They are so sweet here and even in a crowded waiting room, they sat us very quickly! The food was amazing! We went for veterans day and my husband had the bloomin onion burger, it was cooked perfectly, super juicy and he enjoyed every bite! Our server Ellie was also amazing! She was super sweet, and kept checking on us to make sure everything was to our liking! They even gave my husband a complimentary slice of cheesecake to thank him for his service! Truly a wonderful experience, we will definitely be visiting often! I highly recommend the bloomin onion burger, the Mac and cheese and the cheesecake, all were fabulous! (Cheesecake pictured partially eaten because we just couldn’t wait to taste it )

My wife and I had another amazing meal at Athens OutBack again. Mary Grace was our server and she absolutely knocked our socks off!!! She was oh so polite and attentive to serving us. She got us both what we needed,… Exactly when we was ready for it. Such a blessing to see the younger generation doing such a GREAT job. If you go there, please ask for her by name “Mary Grace”, you will not be disappointed. I spoke with Lexi, the manager, and she was glad to hear how well Mary Grace did. I must say that it is wonderful to spend your hard earned money at a place that is so dang customer oriented,…. Thank you OutBack for hiring some really good folk!!!! We will be back soon for sure !!!

Outback in Athens has a great soup, salad, and bread lunch special. Servers are attentive and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. We will definitely return for another visit.

We are an outback loving family, but have really come to love this place over the last couple years. Staff are friendly and always interact with our children. We particularly enjoy Christina. But this particular review is to say how incredible the service was for my husband’s surprise party. 22 people on a Friday night at peak dinner time. The service by Eli was incredible, food was fast and delicious.

Ordered take out for a friend, the Alice’s chicken quesadilla , we received 3 pieces with little to no chicken. I only give feedback when it’s really bad. Spoke to the manager, a young female, she assured me she would refund the meal back to my card and send gift cards. I didn’t expect the gift cards but agreed to the refund. I didn’t get my refund. Outback used to be one of my faves, not the first time this location was bad. Never again!

Ellen was truly awesome. We came in with a larger party, and she handled it so well. She was consistent, worked quickly, and you could tell she really cared about doing a great job. Everything felt smooth and stress-free because of her. I would definitely recommend her.

Usually we visit the snellville location but the last three times there were disasters. So we decided to drive a bit. Man was it worth it. Shane was an awesome waiter. You never had to look around for him because he was always walking by looking to be sure we didnt need anything. Our steaks came out perfectly cooked and hot. No hard, luke warm baked potatoes here. This meal was fantastic. So glad we made the drive. We will definitely be back.

Myself and my husband went for date night. It was his first time going to outback. We got in and the restaurant was pretty full we were sat down at this little tight table near the cash register. Our server was sweet, but she did not check in on us at all. We needed napkins, ketchup, refills, and she consistently passed our table without checking in. I ordered the chop steak and it didn’t look right. I asked to get a burger and fries instead. The burger was good. The restrooms at the time of my visit weren’t clean, but I was able to go in and wash my hands. Was hoping for a better experience.

I ordered the ‘filet mignon,’ which tasted less like prime beef and more like a wild animal that died of natural causes in the parking lot. . Jack was my waiter. Thankfully, the manager was a lifesaver. She was professional, apologetic, and handled everything but Jack . Jack’s job description stops immediately after taking the order. It’s a bold, minimalist approach to hospitality. I won’t be back for the experience
