We drive about 45 minutes to go here and it is sooo worth it. The Burgers are amazingly good ->>> smash burgers with crispy edges. Just the right flavors for sauces and toppings, a legit well prepared meal.
The Happy Hour beer price is INCREDIBLE.
The fries are perfect and sprinkled with the most delicious chimichurri (I always have to order an extra side of chimichurri with my burger)

I will say the one time I got the tacos I was disappointed I didn’t get the burger, not because the tacos were lacking, but because the burger is THAT GOOD! Enjoy life and get the burger 🙂

LaCo Taco & Burger Bar just opened a few months ago (around August), and they’re already serving up some seriously delicious food!
We stopped in after hearing good things, and it totally lived up to the hype. I ordered the Mexicano Burger, and it was packed with flavor (juicy, perfectly cooked) and topped with the best combo of grilled jalapeños, onions, cilantro, and melty cheese. Every bite had a little kick and a ton of flavor.
The fries were just as good! They were crispy, golden, and seasoned perfectly with herbs that give them a little something extra. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully put together.
The whole vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. You can tell they’re excited to be open and genuinely care about making a great impression. I think this is our new go-to burger joint!

I’ve traveled across 10+ different countries and through the US in search of the best burger. I didn’t expect my Tuesday night dinner at a local burger and taco spot to take the cake as a 10/10 burger. Everything about it, from the crispness and flavor of the meat, to the fresh ingredients, and well portioned and crispy fries. I’ve only ever rated another meal a 10/10 and I’d HIGHLY recommend anyone come here and try the California burger. For the record there’s no photo of the food because I ate it so fast.

Randomly got this for lunch one day. Hands down the best smash burger ANY of us have had in the office, we’ve ended up ordering it 3 days in a row at work this week. And I am currently writing this review eating inside for the first time with wife and kids, and also like the vibe here, dim lights and clean!!! Hidden gem, and added to the rotation of spots I will frequent for sure.

Great service and great food. I’ve tried the quesabirria tacos and the Mexicano burger. Both pretty good but the burgers were fantastic! Was not busy both times I have been, weeknights.

What a great hidden gem! We had the steal chimichurri sandwich and the bacon beast. Both were super delicious as well as the fries. Cooked perfectly, tasty flavors, and great service. We look forward to returning soon.

Amazing Smashburger! Definitely a hidden gem. I got the Mexicano and it was outrageous. Perfect crisp on the patties, just enough heat from the jalapeños and the burger spread was amazing. The fries cooked in tallow are very crispy and flavorful. They have only been open for about a month and I’ve been here 3 times. Each time has been consistently great. Happy hour is a great deal also for beers and cocktails.

Stopped here for lunch knowing nothing and am so glad we did. Happy hour until 5 and the house margaritas were delicious and strong. And only $6. My friend said the Wagyu tacos were some of the best she ever had and my smash burger was incredible. So were the fries. And I just found out no seed oils. Love to see it. I will definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
