My order was 20 minutes behind scheduled in-store ready time. I asked a worker about the status when it was 10 minutes behind and she said “you’re up next, there are people ahead of you.” My order had been placed by the drive through window instead of in-store pickup. Another worked finally helped me and grabbed my drink that had been sitting on the drive through counter for 10 minutes or more. The second worker was so sweet and I appreciate her help. This made me late for work. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

I swear, this location messes up something every time I visit, it’s almost impressive. Ordered a breakfast sandwich on my way to work, went to take a bite and it wasn’t just cold, it was basically frozen. Inedible. Can’t wait to start my 12 hour shift on an empty stomach. Great job team Tittabawassee! Every time I try to give this location a chance- I’m reminded why I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to State street.

I love starbucks and will defend against the stereotype . However, this location most of (not all) the baristas i have had have been catty, rude. Always in that passive aggressive sort of way. It’s unfortunate ruining what could have been a pleasant experience. And often simple things.
My child wanting to pay for his own drink and dropped the dollar having to pick it up and hand it to her again. Sorry for the 10 seconds wasted but maybe don’t catch an attitude with a 4 year old.
Ordered on the app on my way there. Got to the drive thru and it had only been 3 minutes since the second order (for a lemonade) went through. She gets shitty with me “maybe next time you wait longer to pick up were working on it.” Really? Its a lemonade…What if I would have ordered at the speaker? Then what? Should I wait longer to drive around the building? Zero people in line and very few cars in the parking lot.
Another thing they are really good at is making me drive back around and wait in the drive thru line for a 2nd time because my mobile order isnt ready while then letting the car that just ordered from the speaker behind me sit there at the window and wait for their order. I for the life of me can not understand the sense in this.
I could write a book on this location just from the last year I’ve been in the area

The girl working there with bright red hair was so rude I could’ve literally screamed at her. They have no concept of customer service. Obviously if I place a mobile order and am slightly early, I have no problem waiting for pulling through one more time. But when you patronize your customers that’s how you lose business. Will NOT be returning to this starbucks.

I had an awesome demonstration of great customer service offered by Starbucks today. An error was made for the delivery ordered from Starbucks. Not only did Starbucks go above and beyond with corrective measures implemented. We received great service for reporting the error; absolutely will go back to Starbucks knowing that they are honest, trustworthy, stand with true integrity and treat their customers with exceptional services.
