To start…..both the tables were clean!! now to the review….food…excellent! I got the teriyaki chicken sandwich and that thing was juicy and messy just the way I like it!!! The banana shake was by far the worst thing I’ve ever had I just had to drink it….every last sip!!!! The chunks of bananas….ridiculous who does that but I don’t leave any behind lol. Hands down a must stop when going thru down!!! Oh and they give u a chance to win your entire meal for free by rolling a Yahtzee….i didn’t win

The Jalapeno Popper Burger is fantastic! First time having cream cheese on a burger and will not be the last! Fries were crispy and just enough salt. The person at the window was polite. What you have to watch out for is the cost. 2 adults and one child totaled $55, before the tip!! Sauce is extra, no refills on the drinks. Outside seating only, no close parking that looks legal. Good food, but expensive.

I really love little Mom and Pop burger places, we have stopped all over the US and some of Canada. This may be the best place ever. I got the mushroom Swiss cheese burger with onion rings and the mushrooms were so well seasoned! And the delicious burger was so juicy! My husband got Meat Lover with waffle fries and they were so good, crispy and also well seasoned. They gave us too many napkins, I thought, but we used them all. I want to go back tomorrow. Don’t pass this place up.

I am a local and was excited to see this place open in Grand Coulee. The one time I ordered here, I waited 30 minutes outside with no call over the loudspeaker for my order. People came and went as I sat there. When I inquired very nicely where my order was, rather than apologize or say anything, a man and woman scrambled to give me COLD food that had been sitting behind the counter, and the lady that gave me my milkshake slammed it down on the counter and said “there’s that!”. I’ll never forget. Very odd, and I did nothing to prompt such a response. I am assuming the man and woman behind the counter were owners. Total lack of customer care and accountability in this instance. Hope whomever is reading this has better luck!

I want to be fair in this review but my experience was mostly negative:
– Not a drive-in, but a take out. No waitress, just a cashier
– Chicken strips are not real chicken. It is mechanically separated chicken goop
– Fries were freezer burnt
– any sauce is extra
– picnic tables outside were covered in food scraps from past customers
– They charged me $1 for a cup of water
– cashier was polite, so that’s a positive (only reason it did not get 1-star)

I’m told their basic burgers are good, so I might try those sometime. There has to be some reason why it has a 4+ rating.

This is not a drive in but more of a take out. Service was fairly fast and burgers were pretty good. One big plus was they had tater tots, which were hot, crispy and delicious. This was more like an old school diner that is take out, worth a stop.

After a day spent hiking in the sun, this place hit the spot! Not from the area, but my husband and I LOVE finding home in the wall/diamond in the rough spots like this.

We both got baskets. I got the one with Bacon, Fried Onion and BBQ sauce. My husband got the Jalapeno Popper Basket. Be aware, the photos don’t do these burgers justice. Both burgers were amazing, and the fries were just perfect. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.

Their shakes looked out of this world amazing, but after hiking all day we opted for a coke and a root beer. Both delicious, and fizzy. Not stale.

Absolutely stopping here again if we ever find ourselves in this part of the State again.

Nice little place, not too pricey.
We got the fish & chips and the jalapeño popper burger (so good).
Definitely recommend eating here.

Wildly overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. Over $30 for 2 burgers and 2 small plates of fries. No seasoning and cardboard tasting fries. Burger patty didn’t have much flavor and reminded me of a cafeteria burger.
