Just had an amazing lunch with my brother at this restaurant yesterday. It’s located right at the entrance of the mall, so it’s super convenient. The place was packed, but we decided to give it a try anyway. The chicken combo was absolutely delicious, and I couldn’t get enough of their refreshing lemonade, even though it was a bit pricey. The atmosphere was top-notch, making the whole meal even more enjoyable. Such a great experience! #FoodieAdventures #DeliciousLunch

An excellent time spent in this restaurant. It’s very rare (too rare!) to see such a clean fast-food restaurant with such pleasant staff. The manager is absolutely lovely with customers. Grabbed a bite here after a long day of shopping, and made the right decision! We enjoyed everything! The cookies & creme shake was perfect, nice and creamy! I had the classic shack burger which never disappoints. Crinkle cut fries came out nice and crispy. As well as the chicken bites! My boyfriend had the Bacon Cheeseburger and loved it. I only which the patties were thicker :/ Staff was kind and attentive which was a plus, the location is kept surprisingly clean! If you are in need of a good burger after shopping stop by Shake Shack!

Genuinely AMAZED at the service at this Shake Shack. The food is great, and I love the vegetarian options available to customers. I recently tried the French onion mushroom burger which was extremely crispy and fresh. There’s a large seating space.

Have patience when you visit this (well, any of their) location. You will likely have to wait a little, but it’s worth it. This is easily one of my favorite burger places, I always order a cheeseburger with a cookies and cream shake. It’s right in the entrance of Pentagon City, so it’s very easy to find. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean. No complaints on my end!

Came to Shake Shack after dinner at matchbox to grab a shake and had had the pleasure of being taken care of by a young lady, Juice. We We’re confused about the points program And wasn’t sure if Shake shack offered it She was able to get her manager to explain everything to us, but overall it was an excellent experience and excellent customer service. We will be back again next time we are in town
