Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

To expensive for me & my family. Food is always cold, not even worh paying almost $15 for a Whataburger with a few add ons, like bacon? How much is the upcharge for bacon?
Mr. Juicy ( 2 locations) is way better and a whole lot cheaper, nothing comes out of a box, fried are house made & freash to order.

You have one person working the counter, the drive through and delivering all the online orders outside. That’s why it takes 15 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich to go. Even though you drove there and physically walked inside you are not a priority. Worst whataburger I have ever seen.

Our service @1120 pm was great the cashier named Art was excellent friendly fast efficient food was fresh whole night team did a great job didn’t have long line and I would definitely come back just cuz the smile laughs and friendliness

Ordered curbside pickup, come to this location almost daily waited 20 minutes for my food, finally got my food everything was cold… drive through wasn’t even busy it would’ve been faster if I did drive through.

So picked up food for lunch and had order 2 fries. I get my order and driving to work about 10min. Trying to eat my food and find hair in my fries not one not two almost 10 on just one of them !! How gross this is . I called the store to let them know and she’s telling me to keep the hair in fries bring them back whenever i get time so she can make report on them !!

Whataburger harbors kids to work here!!
Pathetic, I mean pathetic customer service!!! Not just here but most locations!!
The training is absolutely subpar!!! Kids do not know how to talk with adults and they do not understand what customer service is!
There is bad experiences all the time at whataburger! However thinks that this place is good does not know what good food and service is!

Hours 7am – 11pm. The food was Great and the Service was Fast. The Drive-thru is also Open and they offer Curbside Pick Up.
The inside is set to Eat and Enjoy your Delicious Whataburgers. The area is very Clean and Spacious. Social Distancing is no problem. I am so excited to know I can go inside and enjoy a meal. Feels RIGHT.

Ordered online,that worked easily. Went to pick up our order, two burgers, one patty melt, two orders of fries, soda and a milkshake. We asked for a package of creamy pepper sauce and was told it would cost 38 cents. I already paid for the order so I had to go out to my car to get some money. Kind of strange, you can get a bunch of catsup, salt, pepper, coffee creamer, mustard, sugar, plastic ware and napkins for free. But a little package of creamy pepper sauce costs 38 cents. I don’t understand why.
