Second time having food from Chulas. It’s okay. Food was well-presented. I found most of the food (sadly) bland, the rice was quite dry, and the chips & salsa were pretty unimpressive. Chips and salsa portion was minimal. Maybe it was just what I picked for dinner, who knows? There may be much better dishes to choose from that have more flavor and aren’t as dry. I really want to like this place, but this twice I’ve had the food and it’s just not as I’ve had from other places.
Fried ice cream was pretty good! Great presentation!
I found parking was a hassle as the lot is shared with other businesses and a gas stations.
The service was good, and the place seemed quite busy and lively. There is more space to sit outside, so I would expect seating is very limited in the summer when it’s insanely hot outside.

We come here every so often, and every time we do the food, staff, and atmosphere is always amazing.
The staff is always friendly, always smiling, very attentive and gives you a feeling like you’re family.
The food is always, always, hot and well, amazing!
The restaurant is extremely clean
I have never had the same food twice and order something new, every thing I have ever gotten is really good.

The chicken fajitas were good. Nice pieces of chicken and the peppers and onion was cooked well. Their cheese enchiladas were nicely filled. Did not care for the taste of the rice.

The Mexican food was like canned food. My 13yr old could of made better burritos, the salsa was like pure tomato sauce with some onion and cilantro. I gave it a try!

been going to chula’s for years, and it’s always our go-to for mexican food. a bit pricey but usually super delicious. i recently got the tacos acapulco, which looked great, but i was a little disappointed, as they were a little bland and the tortillas were soggy/greasy. the maduros and fried yucca were great though! the wait time for our order was also longer than usual, maybe due to new staffing? but overall great restaurant

This was my first time in Chulas restaurant. I really cannot recommend this was terrible so called Mexican food. I had las carnitas omgosh, was that pork. Hard as a rock. That meat was old, dry with no taste or seasoning. Same with the rice and black beans. I did not even eat the food. The best thing was the sangria. I should have had two so I can forget how bad the food was. I miss the state of Texas great fresh Mexican food. The food was as I call it Shame, Shameful. One star for the food is too much.

Where do I start? We went here on a whim to try it out because we’re moving to the area and we were not disappointed. The food was good. Honestly not my favorite Mexican cuisine but definitely my second favorite. The service was outstanding, we never had to wait for drinks or chips. The atmosphere is nice, light music playing in the background and decorated with Mexican decor. We went there with our toddler, and Chula’s seems very family friendly. When our toddler had an accident we weren’t ostracized or made to feel bad, but the staff was very understanding. The changing table and restrooms were very clean. Prices are fair and match the area, you can eat without feeling like you’re getting ripped off. Take out and DoorDash options are also available. Definitely recommend Chula’s, and it’s a breath of fresh air when it’s a local place and not a major chain.
