I had dinner here while in Charlotte during my weekend stay. Wanted some good seafood boil and this was close to my hotel.
Okay service but the seafood boil was so so. Taste was bland and not fresh and the seasoning was average… good thing the beer was ice cold

After they invited me I brought a crab eating expert from Guayaquil Ecuador and he was amused by the flavors and presentation. We ordered King Crab legs combo and a tilapia/flounder basket. All of it was delicious.
Shout out to our server Skyler she was impressive and always ready for us.

Quite the place. Used to good seafood near a coast environment, bit this was great. Had seafood bread and crab cakes, bot delicious. Then went for seafood boil. Spouse had garlic butter flavor and I had Cajun. Brought back leftovers. Would recommend.

Our server, Armani, was amazing! It was our first time, on a Friday night. She was attentive and checked on us regularly. She made fantastic recommendations. The lemon drop drink was amazing! The portion sizes of the boils were very generous and more than enough. I got the combo D, and added sausage, juicy sauce, mild. Definitely recommend!

The seafood boil was good, Cajun fries and regular fries good. The flounder fish fried too hard and color was too dark, the shrimp fried rice was oily. The waitress had a snappy attitude and was rushing and dropping items. We were a large party we had a reservation still had to wait 45min. Alcohol drink which was a rum and coke priced off the chart. I was not impressed after reading great reviews.

We went on Valentines Day so of course it was really busy, but the did a exceptionally job with the crowd. The food definitely made up for the wait and our waitress was great. Also extra cuddos to the bartender, the drinks were great as well.

We are on the hunt to find the best seafood boil in Charlotte. This was our first time at the Yummy Crab and we ordered the monday special which was snow crab and shrimp and I added sausage. It was all very good and the sauce was amazing. I just feel like the seafood could have been fresher but we are in Charlotte NC. I’ve had better boils but this is up there on the list!

Yummy Crab….is definitely a must try!Great atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door.Music was jamming some good tunes .Restaurant was clean all around..no wait we were seated as soon as we got there.The servers were excellent!We went on a Wednesday night about 8pm. ORDERED the party .. for $139..shrimp,king crab,snow crab , sausage, lobster tail,potatoes,broccoli, ahelicious!Best i had n Charlotte yet hands down!We also had $5 lemon drops and sweet Tea. Everything was very good..spice level mild..great experience..Will definitely be back soon.

Don’t like that tip was included, we had a rude impatient waitress who didn’t deserve the tip amount for the table of 8 guests with several separate bills. We should be allowed to choose tips based on service. Food was good but not a good price for small amount of food.
