My partner and I decided to try out True Food for dinner this evening. When we walked in, the atmosphere is nice. It’s clean and open; and the host was quick to get us to our table. Our server was nice; but I will say she was not very accommodating to us throughout the evening. Our hummus starter was probably the best item we got off the menu tonight. I got the All-American burger and asked for no tomato and was asked if it was due to allergy or just my preference… never had a restaurant ask me that so I was intrigued by that. I asked for the Kale salad as my side. A table who got sat after us received their food before us and thankfully the server caught this and checked back in the kitchen to see how our food was. Finally- the food arrives… I got a tomato on my burger, no kale salad.. no dressing, needless to say.. I was very disappointed. What’s the point of asking to get no tomato.. I mean what if I WAS allergic? I just rolled with the punches and ate what I could, but I was not even impressed with the food. My partner let me try their fries and they tasted off… like potato chips that had gone stale. My partner took my burger and he enjoyed it, but he also mentioned that his food was just ‘okay.’ I wish I would’ve spoken up to say something to the server, but she seemed about done for her shift. Very disappointing! ☹️

I have come here twice and the experience was similar both times. The food while very good, is very small portions for the price. I did enjoy the spaghetti squash I got as well as the pizza but it is just such little portions. My boyfriend got a meal and an appetizer and he was still hungry afterwards. The server we had was really just in a rush and running away from the table most times which is understandable since they were a little busy but it just was not the most wonderful experience. I probably won’t come back here as my boyfriend does not like the portion size or price and honestly I do agree, there’s so many better restaurants in KOP to go to.

All-American burger- bun to patty ratio was perfect! very juicyyy!
Jambalaya pasta- flavor was spot on with lots of shrimp and sausage. noodles were a bit overcooked

We went there to celebrate a birthday lunch with family and had a wonderful time! The food I chose was absolutely delicious and really enjoyable. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars for service is that the appetizer came after I had to remind our server—by then, the entrées were already on the table. Aside from that small hiccup, it was a great experience overall, and I would definitely go back again!

I absolutely LoVE this place!!! I eat here a lot and the food quality is amazing. The restaurant has a wonderful modern atmosphere. Staff if friendly. Especially Jesse, he was so wonderful. He made recommendations based off our dietary needs. He was so friendly and just a top notch server!
I normally eat here at lunch and the last time I was there at dinner. I did think the dish I always get wasn’t done as well as I normally get it at lunch time but still good.
The food is really good and their zero proof drinks and spritzers are delicious! I recommend this to everyone!!!

Had the pasta jambalaya and it was delicious. Ate at an charming old restaurant in New Orleans a month ago and can say True Food nailed the Cajun flavors. Interesting twist to use pasta instead of rice. Izzy at the bar provided excellent, friendly service not only to me but to adjacent diners as well providing detailed recommendations when asked. Good experience all around.

As scientists my husband and I so grateful for this restaurant. It’s intelligent dining with great benefits: location, healthy food , great taste and cost cleanliness. We have going there for at least 7 years. The wait staff are attentive and friendly. I miss those servers who have moved on. However we are grateful for a dedicated manager who has been simply outstanding in knowledge and service. His name is Rory Heim Kilat. I made him aware of my many food allergies and each time we dine there Rory personally makes certain I don’t get exposed to allergens ! He always stops by our booth. That’s superior leadership and customer service. I must also acknowledge another manager named Rick. I think he moved to the kitchen but also we commend his attentiveness and services. These guys are gems in a very competitive king of Prussia PA restaurant market! I hope the company sees their value. My husband and I certainly hope recognizes the value of these gentlemen! Kudos for taking the time to hire these men!

I LOVE the healthy food and drink choices here! They do have a separate bar area with a decent selection of drinks across the board. As a heads up, if you do have any food allergies, you need to specify your allergies up front when ordering, and due to allergies or modifications you request, please be patient with them, as they are very thorough in prepping work and cooking surfaces in between to protect you from said allergens, so the kitchen can run on the slower side, but they’ve always brought our food out correctly, so I honestly don’t mind waiting for things to come out. They have a wonderful selection of fresh items with options for: GF, Vegan, Vegetarian, Soy Free, and some dishes contain nuts, The servers here have always been nice, and the phrases on the shirts are a clever and fun addition to the atmosphere! If they don’t know the answer to your question(s), they don’t brush you off – they go back to the kitchen and find out the correct answers for you, just as our lovely server Alix did tonight! I like that their salads change adjusting to what’s in season, and how accommodating they’ve been able to be with any allergy / special request needs we’ve had. I had the Prickly Pear Hibiscus iced drink and it was just right – not too sweet nor bland. They were able to accommodate me with my Kale Salad by adding HB eggs (which they normally only serve on weekends!), for extra protein, as I’m not eating meat / seafood atm. I love the fact they serve organic and no seed oils! Alix did a really great job serving our table with a helpful and winning attitude, smiles, and was simply a pleasure to have as our server.

Always great food, pleasant vibe and overall good spot for brunch and lunch. My favorite is lettuce wrapped burger – I ordered it a couple of years ago. From the latest visit, Grilled Tenderloin was really great. My tuna poke bowl and Thai style Shrimps didn’t taste that great, I wouldn’t recommend them.
Service here is great. Thank you to Jay, our server, who was very attentive to us and make sure we were happy.

Food was great, ate the grilled salmon and carrot cake for dessert. The salmon on a bed of rice was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Their menu has tons of unique and healthy choices. Dahlia was a great waitress as well!
