The young adults there are cool respectful depending on the time you go ur order will not get messed up I went today 1/13 at 910pm and they was all yelling playing joking which is okay if u can multitask and get orders right my daughter asked for no pickles but extra onion and this is what she got … and the French fries are cold so now we know not to go on a Tuesday

5 stars for the outstanding customer service! The manager and a friendly cashier wearing a mask went above and beyond to help us. My son was craving chicken nuggets, but we arrived mid-morning, about 15 minutes before the breakfast menu ended. Technically, we had to wait until the lunch menu started, but the cashier kindly asked the manager if they could make an exception. The manager graciously agreed, punched in a code to switch to the lunch menu, and ensured we got our order without delay. She even personally delivered the food to our table and asked if we needed anything else.
The restaurant was spacious, very clean, and even had a separate kids’ play area. The nuggets were perfectly crispy and delicious, just what we were hoping for! While McDonald’s is an occasional guilty pleasure for us, this location exceeded expectations and made our visit truly enjoyable.

We were very disappointed with this location as we had called earlier during the promotion for the Grinch miss happy meal and were told that it was available. We went back later than that day just to waste our time and be told they would not be selling it. We drove to three other locations and they told us that they ran out of the pickle seasoning so that is probably why they didn’t want to sell it to us and it depending on the franchise itself, which was completely OK. We just wanted the socks but would’ve paid full price as we did. We also ended up buying pickles seasoning at the store and it all worked out for us, but it was very disappointing that we were told one thing and something else completely happened and it made it feel very unprofessional. We also have gone several times at this location and the food is always very dry or our order is incorrect. When I’m talking about the customer service they’re always very short and not very helpful.

Horrible management. Annabelle, who was apparently the shift manager at this location on 10/24/2025 at 9:50pm. Where the fryer and fry prep area was being cleaned so all the fry orders were made in a cardboard box! I waited 25 minutes for my order just to receive cold fries. I asked for a replacement and waited another 15 minutes for fries while I was at this point requesting to speak to the manager. After asking several employees for the manager several times I was met by an employee who the manager sent out instead. I told that person that this conversation was for the manager not a regular member of the crew and was met with hostility and anger. “Well if you want that you have your just call back in the morning because she is busy “ wow, I am given my new order of fries and leave to my car. Once inside my car I try one of the fries and it tastes of chemicals, they left a foul taste in my mouth. I go back inside and ask again for the manager or anyone who will take any pride in their job to just refund my fries. After coming back inside no one is coming to help and I have to announce that I need assistance as the entire store is talking, sweeping one spot, or celebrating a birthday party in the back of the store with the do nothing manager. Oh and when you call the store like I was demanded to it does not go through or get answered. A manager who cannot properly manage and a franchise owner who does not care about their business is the only thing that can ruin McDonald.

This girl I heard “riri” with reddish hair. Very ugly and rude which I don’t appreciate. We were not rude at all and asked for extra bbq she just walked away and comes back handing the drink saying “there’s extra in the bag” then there was a man with a tie which I’m assuming is an assistant or an manager and we asked him for bbq and he proceeds to ask her for the extra sauce and she says I put it in the bag yelling. Then he hands out the sauce because RiRi didn’t listen to us or him which I find very disrespectful and rude no smile no ending saying bye or thank you or nothing.

I waited over 20 minutes for a single coffee, 20 MINUTES! I could understand them taking that long for a big order if that. But it was a simple coffee and the only reason I got it was because I had to let them know about it. No apology or nothing. What gives?

I came in and ordered a burger and had bit into a rancid onion. The lady was super nice and offered to remake it again. I got the 2nd burger and had the same rancid onions on it. It’s slimy, and has discoloration. The staff was informed so nobody would get sick. Instead of throwing out the pan of onions, and pulling fresh pan or prepping fresh, they kept it and repeated using them.. the management should not be allowing this considering food safety.

“Anything Else!!!”

The customer service at this location is beyond sub par. Ordered a Big Mac Meal and was told to park and wait for my order. No special order, no large order. A basic order of food that isn’t cooked on the spot and still had to wait 10 minutes for in the parking lot. Kinda defeats the purpose of the drive thru.

The handful of times I’ve been here the workers seem to be bothered you’re bringing business to their location. The constant “anything else” and rushing you while you order is rude, and I’ve haven’t received an order at the actual window, told to park out front and wait every single time.

Both this location and the one on Sierra are horrible, have to start driving further away to find a decent McDonald’s.

Bathrooms locked at 7am with cleaning equipment outside the restrooms. Stopped in, bought a coffee and the restrooms were unavailable that soon after opening. What even are you doing? Then someone with a delivery had their customer speak to an employee. Make delivery people do their job so employees can do theirs.
