Great place to eat, we went here after a dance competition and our kids love their quesadillas. They are not huge rice and bean fans. I got the new country style burrito and it was great. I would get it again.
The staff were very friendly and kind. Just what a customer wants. The dining area is small and out of date but we survived!

Surprisingly good lunch, both the enchilada and taco were really good, I enjoyed the salsas too, neither was very spicy but tasted excellent.

The very sweet working had so much patience for me. I can’t say thank you enough because my day had beed so bad that I wanted to cry. Thank you for showing kindness. Dear Beto’s management she deserves a raise for sure. I didn’t catch her name but I will be going back to get it.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Purchased food items for dinner at drivethru window: 4 tacos and an Ogden burrito.
At the window we were told the total would be $29.69. When my card was charged it was $30.58, and additional $0.89 that was not made aware to us before the transaction. Upon receiving the receipt, I discovered they had charged me a supplemental fee. I do not know what this fee would be for as part of the total already accounted for tax
Subtotal $27.49
Tax. $ 2.20
Total. $29.69
Supplemental fee $0.89
Total charged $30.58
If it is a charge for running a card, I understand that but it is not labeled as a processing fee or something similar. A supplemental fee that is not disclosed until after a card is run feels like theft. What are they using this money for? If we are all charged an additional $0.50-$1 times that by 100 or more orders a day. That is theft to the consumer, tell us what this fee is and why we are paying it.

Mediocre, bland tasting food. The salsas are good so someone back there knows how to cook, but unfortunately it wasn’t the person making my order today. You get huge portions for the money which I guess explains why they’re so popular. I don’t need to go back.

The owners are rude to their customers through the drive thru. The old woman who works the drive thru is not welcoming at all and has a bad attitude. Rancherito’s has way better customer service and the food is way better and actually fresh.

Would be wonderful if I didn’t have to drive back through the drive through twice because on my big order they forgot to give me my Ogden burrito then second, i asked for three cheese enchiladas with beans and rice and they gave me enchiladas with meat. Every single time I go there, they ALWAYS get my order wrong atleast in one or two areas. So damn frustrating so I’m not exactly happy with them in the least. Horrible horrendous service. ZERO stars if I could

The food is good but the guy at the window has been extremely rude both times I’ve been… won’t be back to this location as he makes me feel like an inconvenience both of the times he’s helped me at the drive thru & window. Thought maybe he was having a bad day the first time but after the second time I’d rather go somewhere that doesn’t make me feel that way.

The grown lady in the window is extremely rude, fix your speaker rather than having customers yell their order and then getting upset because we are yelling! She yanked the money out of my hand! What kind of customer service is that? Next time i come here will be to drag her out that window.
