Brought my parents here during their visit to NC. It had been 3 months since we visited because of the smell sitting near the kitchen but this time that was not an issue. We loved the additions to the menu. I got the quesadillas explosion salad and it was the best one I ever got! The option to add salmon was exceptional and this time I had plenty of lettuce. Before it felt small and like half the portion. I can now start back

First time eating at this location and our server Hannah Bailey was absolutely AMAZING! If I could give another 5 stars based solely on her customer service I would! She definitely deserves more hours and a raise as it felt wonderful to have such a pleasant experience. Looking forward to dining again in the future and I will definitely request her section upon arrival!

We had a really good time here today. Our server, Caroline, was very friendly, got our order perfectly correct, gave me an extra sauce for the wings just like I asked, and made sure everything was as good as it could be. The wings were solid and the atmosphere was good. We look forward to coming back.

This location is not that old, but it has seen better days. I don’t understand why the managers let this beautiful and centrally located restaurant fall in such a short period of time. I gave them 3 stars this time around because our server tried his best eventhough you totally see that he was overwhelm by the amount of tables and lack of servers. The lady in the front desk just sitting there and not helping at all these guys that were trying so hard to keep things flowing and Customers happy. Things to try the fajita Trio, it is still the best and the margaritas.

Chili’s has stepped up their game when it comes to food choices. Lots of options & the salad I got was really good. Our waiter, I think his name was Cory, but honestly can’t recall at the moment, was FANTASTIC! Even though the restaurant was a bit busy he took great care of our table. Other staff members were also very friendly & courteous. Would definitely return to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this location last night to pick up my online to go order. The server at the take out register stole a tip off my card by adding it without my permission to the receipt I am a FOH manager for 4 years now I asked for a itemized copy of my receipt the server then caught a huge attitude and said she could not produce that which is incorrect. She then stormed off & did not come back for roughly about 10 mins. Then the MOD came out & also stumbled around my questions and said he could not give me one. I have been in this industry for 12 years. This is not correct. As you can see here chillis charged my card 44. The receipt I was able to look at was on his phone & I snatched a picture of that. I’m very aware of what happened. And it is very obvious what the server did. The manager seems very incompetent & aware of what his servers are doing. Rest assured this will end with me. Please if you visit the restaurant keep a hold of your receipts & watch your bank card if it’s used here. Unfortunately these are things that I’ve seen happen within this industry a couple times. I’m just very shocked to see a manager who seems as though he is either in on it or doesn’t care. I will be reaching out to someone in regards to this Monday. Be aware.

We brought a group of individuals with disabilities, and Demanio went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Demanio was incredibly respectful and took the time to speak directly to each person when taking their orders, instead of just addressing the caregivers – which sadly happens too often at other places. The food was delicious (kudos to the chef that day), the service was quick, and the atmosphere is always warm and inclusive at this Chilis location. I definitely recommend for both the food and the kindness!
