I had an extremely disappointing experience tonight that has completely changed my opinion of Wendy’s as a brand.
I ordered two grilled chicken wraps, and it honestly looked like a single portion of chicken had been split between both wraps. There was barely any filling in either one. The wraps were almost entirely tortilla. I could fold them in half, take a bite, and still end up with a mouthful of nothing but tortilla.
This is not the experience I’ve had at other Wendy’s locations in the past, which makes this even more frustrating. It felt like corners were being cut and very little care was put into the food being served.
When customers pay for a product, they expect consistency and basic quality. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. Because of this, Wendy’s has completely lost my business moving forward — not just this location, but the brand as a whole.
If a zero or negative star rating were possible, that would be more appropriate. One star feels overly generous given the experience.

I had such a great experience today and honestly felt like I needed to leave a review. Natalya provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind, and you could tell she actually cared about making sure everything was right. Even during a busy rush, she stayed positive, professional, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of stressful. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of energy and attention to customers, and it really made my day. The food was fresh, the order was perfect, and the service was amazing .

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in awhile because of friendliness and freshness but today I went here and ordered a Dave’s single and the cashier Natalya was very helpful, patient and suggestive and also helped me set up my mobile app for points and even brought me my food to my table and asked if I needed anything else!! Everything was nice, fresh and hot and the workers were working hard. Never have I ever had this great of an experience at a fast food restaurant. Will be coming back

Absolutely has became the worst drive through to go through. They forget stuff all the time, no salt on the fries, forgot my sauce they charge .50 for now on by the way. By the time I went to back up to get it there was 30 people in the drive thru behind me. Don’t go here. It’s always wrapped around the building but that’s just a different issue

Went to Wendy’s today for lunch and have to say I spoke with the nicest cashier Roseanne and seemed very happy kept a smile and had the best meal the food was great and the service was better along with the atmosphere they worked as a team front cashier not just extremely nice helped with my order as far as making sure I had the lowest price for what I wanted and even asked read out everything on the burger to be sure if anything I wanted to add or take off don’t normally have them take time to do that with my picky order I’m glad to see someone ask if I wanted it specially made was finally taken right even had my change counted back out to me to make sure I had correct change!Food received perfectly and fast place was clean I got everything as far as my service was checked on better then most expensive restaurants have done watch her ask an elderly with leg issues to go sit down and would bring it to him as I said great service for dine in tried to leave a tip but wouldn’t take it said” smiles were her tip!”great teamwork guys good to see this kind of service finally will definitely will be back! Thanks for the great late lunch! Def recommend for dine in for sure! Bring ur family and friends! Older and young! Thank you Miss Roseanne!

The woman at the window (very low cut hair cut) seemed to be friendly however she took my phone for the Apple Pay but held onto the drink. Why would I run off with a medium strawberry lemonade??? I ordered food too! She then handed me my phone first and then the drink! Ridiculous! Food was fresh but the fries were NOT. Barely warm and tasted very old and over cooked. Line is long as hell I’m assuming from the location it’s at. Not worth my hour lunch break. This was around 12:30 on 1/27/26!

I had the blessing of meeting one of the nicest young man Alex, or Alexander that was working at the drive through- he so patiently went through my order, to be sure that I was actually getting what I wanted. I’m not used to seeing such kindness these days, that young man deserves to be recognized. He is an exemplary example of what we all should be. Wendy’s is BLESSED to have him, we need more people like Alex , period. I’ve been a customer at this Wendy’s for a long time, and will continue to be if you have more like him.♥️✌

I told my wife, “babe I’m craving a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s”. We haven’t had Wendy’s in YEARS. Looks like it’s going to be another few years.
As you can see on the pictures the spicy chicken advertised looks way better than the one given (middle). The last one is literally a Tysons chicken patty from Walmart.
The sandwich was disgusting, no crunch at all. The breading was as if the patty was microwaved. I spent $50 there. I could’ve went to a real restaurant and maybe had a better experience.
This is why people choose to stay home instead of going out to eat. The cost is high yet the quality is low.

The Dave’s Singles are always JUICY! The staff is always working hard and busy, sometimes a bit slow on the order taking but all in all dollar an excellent job. My go-to Wendy’s! Keep it up guys!
