We decided to stop here while running errands. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server was very friendly. Our meals consisted of a burger with steak fries and a Cobb salad with salmon substituted for the chicken. Our food was served at the correct temperature. The salmon was extremely flavorful and the greens were fresh. The burger was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We were very impressed and will be back.

The waitress was awsum, I got a shake with chocolate and caramel (it came in it) there was so much syrup it could choke you. I even tried adding the extra ice cream and no way it was so intense I threw it out. They rest of the food was great tho.

It started good and crashed with an extremely salty guacamole BUT the manager gave us credit on it and a free appetizer with our delicious burgers. Our server made also a good job. At the end the service was great and we had a good dinner. But the salty guacamole was a bad first impression

Yes I recommend that you try to make reservation even if it is 20 minutes before arriving at the place, so they do not have to wait because it is almost always full on weekends … it has many parking lots and the employees are very friendly …

It was my first time dining at Red Robin. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and the food prep. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ burger. It was cooked to perfection.
I would 100% recommend Red Robin in Wilkes-Barre, PA for good food dining.
(I thought it was a bit odd that the drinks were on a separate menu)

I really wanted an IPA beer after a long day at the amusement park with my 4 year old. I deserved it! Well, the only one they had (voodoo ranger) was kicked. And they had no bottle replacement. Grrr. One star deducted. My Cobb salad looked about 40% as good as the photo on the menu (see comparison shot). So bye bye another star. Our waitress was great though. And our food came out quick. So I’ll give back one of those stars I took away.

Our waitress came by once every 20 minutes. My appetizers came after my friend’s entree. My appetizers was still wrong after waiting ages for it. Fries and burger were cold. Say for a total of an hour and 30 minutes here. Friend waited 20 minutes on his first and second refill of fries. Restaurant was almost empty btw. Inexcusable.

It starts and ends with Jess our server. Genuine, kind knowledgeable and down to earth. She handled our two families in town for a softball tournament with ease and flow. Great manager and the food was spot on as well. If the world had more people like Jess we would all be just fine.

Red Robin is always a solid place to stop in for dinner. The bottomless fries are a win. I sat at the bar on a quiet night. Bartender was very nice. I had the beyond burger one night and chicken sandwich the other night, both were very good. Service was quick.
