I went with my pookie to get a pizookie and we were served by Sophie. She elevated our experience, framing her recommendations to our romantic outing and curated the perfect dessert date for us. When I requested the Lucky Ducky, she suggested the Get Lucky Ducky instead. To complement the strawberry flavors of the cocktail, she recommended the strawberry shortcake pizookie. The drink and the dessert were amazing, sweet and cozy. Sophie’s attentive and intentional approach to her service really made our night. She helped curate a fun atmosphere and worked with what we were looking for, ensuring us an effortlessly delightful and hilariously romantic evening . Great experience and I can’t wait to go again!

Absolutely loved the bjs – rim location! The food and the service was a 10/10 experience and our server Shannon was outstanding! She remembered every part of our order. She made amazing suggestions when it came time to order our drinks and food!
She was patient and kind! Definitely will be back and sit in the bar area in hopes to have her as our server!! The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was brought to us in the perfect temperature and perfect season to taste! The Brussel sprouts in particular were amazing! Will definitely order those again! Sitting at the bar was enjoyable and definitely worth the trip! The staff at the bar were attentive and friendly! Highly recommend this location and will be back soon

When you can’t decide what you want for dinner and you see a BJ’s around, just park and walk in! This location did not disappoint. Food was excellent, lots of choices from chicken, fish to Ribs, Steaks and Prime Rib. Our server was nice and polite. No issues at all!

This was my best experience at a restaurant in a while, i came here with my boyfriend to start off an amazing spring break and was impressed by the service and also how fast the food came out. Went to BJ’s with my wife and daughter for Valentine’s Day. Food was good but the service was great. Our server Alex was spot on because of his attention to detail. Not only his knowledge about the menu and his recommendations, but his overall good attitude and good energy. In today’s time it’s hard to find good service and good health that represents the brand. We will be back and ask for him by name.

We ventured to @bjsbrewhouse at The Rim last week. We made it to happy hour, which ended at 6pm. Ashton was our server, who took good care of us.
Dad had Strawberry Lemonade, and Hubby and I both had the Brewhouse Margarita. Dad and Hubby shared a bowl of Clam Chowder and we shared the Sliders and Rootbeer-glazed Wings. The wings are the best in town! Juicy and moist! Hubby had the Strawberry Field Chicken Salad for his meal and shared some with me. Dad and I shared the Fish & Chips. Generous portion of fish. Everything was good.

We went there for a birthday dinner. Overall most of the food was ok. They brought my friend’s chicken Alfredo without the chicken and she had to wait some time after we all had our meals for a new one. She asked for no broccoli and when they remade it they added broccoli, but they corrected their mistake by taking it off the tab. Our waitress was very polite and attentive. My sirloin was undercooked and very chewy. The roasted veggies were kind of raw as well but my baby back ribs were good. Overall a 4 for the whole experience but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the food they serve.
