Have been here on six different occasions with is the same month and order a combo. At about 9am-10am mon-friday. They ask if I want to upgrade my potato oles to a large. I say yes. But all 6 times they just give me a medium instead. It would appear they are trying to cut cost by scamming there costumers and hope they don’t notice and just get away with it. After getting scammed six times I believe they have stole enough extra money from me and for that reason I will not return to this location. They may have got away with it but at what expense? Just to save 60 cents. Now they lost a costumers and no money will be spent there.

We had a great experience at this Taco John’s. We stopped for breakfast and the customer service was amazing. Our order was complicated as there were 5 people in the vehicle. The food was hot and fresh.

I went in to make a purchase and the older lady behind the counter was extremely rude when I say older lady she was probably in her fifties or sixties. She was disrespectful and condescending towards me when I was trying to explain my order to her. This is not the first time she has been this way towards me. After today and her nasty attitude, I refuse to ever step foot in this location again. The rest of the staff is great. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The boss bowl is delicious the grilled chicken burrito is good, i like to dip it in their queso/ cheese sauce. The nachos are good too and everything was still warm when delivered.

Drive thru was packed but moving at a steady pace . When I ordered the person on the mic was hard to hear I had to tell her I’ll finish ordering at the window .I ordered 1 hard shell taco Xtra sour cream & recieved no Dour cream & a mountain of lettuce. I called the store the phone was answered by a lady who stated she didn’t make the taco but I can come back to get it remade . & my crispy chicken taco had a mountain on lettuce aswell and my sauce on it was in a glob in one spot . I’ll have to pass on Taco John’s next time or maybe this Location

This was a bad experience . I decided to revisit taco John’s after being away for many years, we decided to order .it was delivered everything was fine except for the taco salad and a chicken quesadilla. The taco salad looks like it was dropped, kicked, it looked like someone left it half eaten and it was served to me it looks disgusting the quesadilla has a chunk of the tortilla missing, i don’t want free food the taco salad just put everyone off their food

sad, expensive tacos. unfortunate service. having grown up with taco johns, it saddens me to say im done. nearly every location has these results. some have good service, but always with the letdown of paying a lot for a disastrous product.

I only got 3 Hard Shell Tacos. I hadn’t eaten yet. My Taco were so good! They lettuce was fresh. The Halloween Decoration’s were so nice too. I enjoyed eating my Taco’s a very clean place. To all the staff keep doing a excellent job!

This taco John’s is in a good location right off of saddle Creek Road and close to the university Medcenter and a number of other small businesses. In the many times that I have been to this location I have never yet had a bad experience. The employees are pleasant and the place is always clean and well cared for. I would give it five stars if it had a larger and perhaps more private eating area but otherwise the place is excellent.

Even on Taco Tuesdays were the taco’s are a dollar, they are terrible. Now the service was fast and friendly but the food was not worth it. Each taco was about 60% lettuce and the so called meat had no texture, I thought I was eating a bean taco. Needles to say I will never eat there again even it it was 25 cent tacos.
