Edit: Now that the store has a new owner, his communication is better and he is really friendly [One time I forgot an item, and he left the store and chased me down to give it to me which was awesome.] the food is good and affordable. However, one issue I have is with the waiting times. I usually call in ahead of time and wait 5 mins before going in, but usually when I get there I’m still waiting usually 8-10 minutes for my order, even during down times. The store is really clean though, and is small so due to covid precautions I usually wait outside. But overall it’s a nice place for good comfort food.

I always drive by when I’m in the area and it’s never really a crowd or maybe it’s the time of day, but I’ve been sleeping on them. It was pretty decent. I ordered Hot Braise Chicken and woowee it was hot! Most places say it’s hot but it’s not and I can tolerate heat but this was literally on fire lol. They cut up those scary red peppers we see sitting in the food and never touch in addition to red pepper flakes. So beware if you can’t take the heat. But overall it was good.

The service that I received was A1. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The St. Paul was probably the best I’ve ever had. The ingredients seemed very fresh and they sprinkled a little salt on top of the St. Paul patty which was a pleasant surprise for my taste buds. The hot braised chicken is good. The crab rangoon is really good. The fried rice isn’t anything to brag about in my opinion though it’s not bad by any means. It’s a mix between the cities dark fried rice and the county’s typical light colored rice. I’d probably opt for steamed white rice next time. My only complaint is that there was a man sitting inside asking everyone for money. He wasn’t rude by any means but it made me uncomfortable. With all that said, I’d still go back because the food was really good overall.
