J was pleasant as soon as we entered the door! We arrived at 8:30 with 3 kids in tow. When asked if he had anything other than white bread, he went and pulled a fresh loaf of herb out. Sandwiches were made perfectly! Friendly and funny throughout the whole visit. Even gave the kids a cookie, which thrilled them! Definitely recommend giving this location a try

When we arrived the second we walked in our sandwich artist J started washing his hands and addressed me and my partner, before thoroughly drying his hands then asking for our orders, made both sandwiches with clean counters and fresh ingredients, even the toaster-oven was clean! Absolutely delicious aswell! I even asked for a little extra on my sandwich and instead of being stingy like other locations he was right on it. Thank you for the clean place to eat and wonderful customer service!!

This location is definitely one of the better in mid Michigan area, beautiful location right off the 94 expressway easy access to the building. And best of all their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they start washing their hands, drying, then take their time understanding your order while also not being stingy with their ingredients, they’re very well spoken and quick to work. With an extremely clean and quiet environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you for the sandwiches!!

I have never had a sandwich as terrible as this one was from any subway I’ve ever gone to. The bread was definitely not baked today, it was tough and hard to bite. I ordered a 6 inch simple sub, a water (not bottled) and a Pepsi (medium) and it cost over $14. She charged me $5.78 for the Pepsi and water and didn’t say anything about charging me for 2 drinks. Very bad lunch and I won’t ever go back there.

Today 11/28 i ordered 2 subs and how I normally get my subs is not soggy now they are now soggy I couldn’t eat the whole sub I had to dissect, it with a fork even then it was still bad the only time I come into this subway from on is only when a worker name Stacy comes into work because she knows how to make sub properly. when I went to get my subs made the lady in there made my first sub she made it normally meat, extra veggies then the sauces but my second I got the meat then she told me that she was putting the sauces next and wouldn’t put the extra veggies on first until she did the sauce which is why my sub was soggy

I asked for a footlong sub and was trying to get 3 meats on it. I only got to order two meats before it was thrown in the oven while I was asking for the 3rd meat and was completely ignored afterwards. The portions were really small. I barely got any chicken, or cheese or bacon. And I couldn’t ask for extra cause I would be charged double. And tge place had a massive soda spill. When I told lady at the counter, she said “someone will get to it” and mind you she was the only person there. Overall, poor service and being ignored, followed by terrible portions, and a unclean atmosphere. It was dreadfull. Barely anyone show up to that joint. Now I know why. Side thing, there is a metal sheet placed so you can’t see any of the meats. They say its for freshness but there was never that problem before.
