Trinity took our order and she was wonderful – made the experience so easy. She greeted us as we walked in (even with a full restaurant). We did not get a receipt due to a system issue so we can’t officially fill out a survey but Trinity really made this a stand out experience for us and if management is seeing this – this 5 star review is a compliment to the way she treated us.

I love Five Guys and this is one of my favorite fast food burgers. The food quality is consistently good, which is why this experience stood out to me.
When I visited at 7:37 pm on a Monday night, I was disappointed to see a young lady working completely alone. She was cooking burgers, handling online orders, taking in person customer orders, and essentially running the entire operation by herself. I want to be clear that she was professional, compliant, and even changed gloves appropriately when needed. She was doing everything right.
That said, this is a horrible way to treat employees. One person should never be left to manage an entire restaurant. If staff call out, ownership or management should step in to help. Even if there was someone in the back, this level of responsibility should not fall on one employee.
I genuinely felt bad for her. I would have lost my mind if I were put in that position. Five Guys is a great brand, but situations like this are unacceptable and unfair to the people keeping the business running

Horrible and unacceptable customer service. I placed an Uber Eats order and this location completely failed to include both the fries and the milkshake; multiple items missing, not just one mistake. When I contacted the store, McKayla, the manager on duty, was dismissive, unhelpful, and noticeably unfriendly. Instead of offering any solution or accountability, she bluntly told me, “You have to go through Uber for a refund,” with no attempt to resolve the issue or provide alternatives. I was fully prepared to reorder and pay for the items, but the staff showed zero initiative, professionalism, or basic courtesy.
To make matters worse, when I arrived at the store, an employee, possibly named Noah, made a flippant comment saying, “Uh-oh, there’s a problem,” which only reinforced how careless and unorganized this location is. Overall, the experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and completely unprofessional.
This location lacks accountability, customer care, and competent management.

Unbelievable prices. A bacon cheeseburger starts at almost $13. I get the “little” and it’s still over $10. A small fries is over $5. I like the food and eat it rarely, but this is ridiculous. The locations are always nice, especially this one because it’s brand new. The cashier was very nice. The burger was good, but I have had better for much less money. I would definitely like to see the pricing drop so I could get some fries. In case you can’t tell, I am very baffled by how expensive Five Guys Burgers and Fries cost.

yall i do not complain i swear i love this five guys revisited it today. the girl who took my order was sweet and nice. these boys in the kitchen tho were freaking me and my family out. they kept staring and laughing at us, while we ordered, got our drinks, sat down, and when we got our food they stopped what they were doing and watched us get the food. i was scared to eat it tbh… it felt like something wasn’t right because they legit stopped doing their job and waited for us to take a bite. we ended up not eating any of it due to being scared that something happened to our food. so we took the food with us and as we were heading out they all just started laughing again. It was really uncomfortable and tried to do a refund but couldn’t get it with customer service or any help so it was unfortunate so be cautious of what you eat and who makes it.

This place has a rocky start but has found its footing and then some. Burgers are always well cooked and as ordered, and fries are PERFECT. They do the thing, where they put the container of fries in the bag, then dump some more fries on top of that. Makes the bag greasy but makes up for the cost!

Going to this establishment It was one of the best experiences I have had at any restaurant. Marley professionalism warm welcoming amazing customer service was nothing short of top tier, she is the reason that I brung my wife back with me to enjoy one of you’re delicious burgers. I can’t wait to bring my kids here as well because she along with the amazing staff was so nice. Who ever read these reviews please consider those employees who work here as great example of a wonderful experience and how you would want all your establishments to be ran. Lady taking our order was extremely unhappy person, she did not want to be there at all. Every part of our oder was wrong except the one plain cheeseburger we ordered.
I’m not the type of person to complain except when the food is not eatable. However asked for mayo on my sandwich no mayo, had to go ask for some, asked for light seasoning it was smothered. Last sandwich was supposed to have grilled onions but they were raw.
Not the fault of the cooks the bad attitude lady put the ordered in wrong, but she repeated the order back to us correct and after we got the order we verified the receipt and she put it in wrong, will not be back to this location

It’s hard to find good Customer Service nowadays. I visited the Five Guys on Barrett Pkwy, let’s just say this was my first and last time at this location. My food was not prepared as ordered, my husband went back to the counter with the receipt to inform the employee of the error. The young lady handed him the mushrooms, grilled onions and pickles (opted out shown on the receipt) inside a piece of aluminum foil instead of offering to right their wrong by “remaking” the burger!! I then went to the counter to let the young lady know I did not order pickles that’s inside with the mushrooms and grilled onions. At no point was an apology made therefore I requested a refund and it was given. I do NOT recommend this establishment.
