Place is good an fast no complaints except that they always somehow forget silverware like 50% of the time. Tonight this girl just ran all around the building to hand me my order. The past two times I’ve gone there, my chicken minis were extremely dry. Do yall not use honey butter on the bread at this location? No reason that bread is hard and dry the way it is, at this location. Customer service is always amazing though.

Have always loved coming here but today I had to leave a review. My son lost his toy in the playground and most places would’ve shrugged their shoulders, but these employees temporarily shut the playground down to pull in a ladder and climb the set for his little toy. Another day where we leave this place happy, it never fails.

Definitely my favorite fast food place is this place. My favorite burger is spicy deluxe, you have to try it; The chicken has a spicy and juicy touch. You can also try the same spicy chicken in a delicious Cob Salad, I’m sure you’ll love it.

It’s Chick-fil-A, the food is always good. I gave it a 4 for atmosphere because you have to park in the parking lot of Target. There’s NO parking at the restaurant and since I don’t live there, I didn’t know that. There’s no signage telling customers that there’s no parking available. After trekking to the restaurant while dodging all the cars, their customer service was excellent! On the positive side, there were plenty of tables, possibly because no one else wanted to trek there while dodging in and out of the traffic. I would not take children to this location.

08-12-2024 @ 6pm: it’s been a few years since I’ve visited a Chick-fil-a. Wanted chicken tortilla chili but it’s seasonal I’m told. So rather than leave; I ordered two chicken sandwiches (one spicy and one regular), and waffle fries. Now I’m an old guy 60+ and recall in a few recent years some kinda chicken sandwich war between fast food chains. I guess the challenges are over because this was not what I’ll spend my money on next time. Sandwiches were JUST okay. Nothing special at all. The waffle fries were less than appealing (I actually put them in my air fryer to get them crispy. Why would I want to buy this and then have to fix it better? No, not even their sauce is worth a glance (honey mustard with hidden bbq flavoring added. Nope, sorry not coming back – not even for the seasonal chili.

The service is always good and the food is good. THIS is the last chick-fil-a in town with an indoor playground. I deeply wish the others still had them. When they move across the street there is a strong possibility that the new one won’t and that makes me and my son very sad.

Love me a good Chick-fil-A sandwich, salad etc, but I don’t know what’s going on at this Chick-fil-A on 9 Mile.
I’m on my 3rd or 4th order correction order because of missing items, or getting a salad home and finding zero dressing.
So today’s order, which is a make up order for the previous messed order placed before that was missing dressing, so I had acsalad with no dressing. Today I was missing the extra dressing I requested, the bacon on my Mac & cheese which I paid extra for and the little pack of crispy bell peppers wasn’t in the bag.
Don’t get me wrong the management has given me replacement items, to make up for their errors but this has gotten crazy that, one order messed up has now turned into 5 as of today.
Come on Chick-fil-A you can do better.

I’ve never given a chick fil an anything other than 5 stars. This location is ALWAYS sooo slow. The drive thru line is always wrapped completely around. Doesn’t matter if it’s opening time, closing or somewhere in between. Never seems to run smoothly like allll other locations. Something isn’t right.
