I cannot recommend Nasir enough. I came in for late dinner, while even facing a slightly embarrassing situation, Nasir handled it with the utmost grace and dedication. Instead of rushing or making me feel uncomfortable, they took the extra time to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who combines such high-level skill with genuine kindness. I recently visited this place, and honestly, I was shocked and disgusted. Everything is dirty: the ceiling, the tables, the glasses, the menus… everything. There is dirt everywhere. The waitress who attended us was very careless. I would ask her for things, she said she would come back, but she never returned with what I requested. Then she would show up saying, “Oh, I’m sorry, I haven’t been taking care of you.”
I ordered chicken tenders for my son, and they were completely hard; he couldn’t eat them. The food is not good either. I went in the morning to take my partner for his birthday, and at one point I had to get up and look for the waitress just to get a drink, because she wasn’t paying attention at all.
I spent almost $70 on three bad breakfasts, with terrible customer service and in an extremely dirty place. This establishment needs a new manager and a full evaluation of the staff. I never imagined this place would be so bad.
We left disappointed and praying we wouldn’t get sick from how dirty it was.
I do not recommend this place. Terrible experience.

Our server was very kind and very attentive. The food was good. Potatoes were nice and crispy. The hot cocoa was slamming.

I am not a fan of this IHOP at all. I went there for the first time a few days ago and I did not enjoy it. The service was great and the staff were nice. The food was not good. We had pancakes which tasted like they were frozen and just re-heated to be served. They were also splitting in half down the middle it was almost like having two crepes stuck together. We also had French toast which was not cooked thoroughly. The center of French toast was wet and mushy and not as warm as the outside. Everything else was fine.

Absolutely horrible! The poor server warned us that the cook was making mistakes and taking forever to correct them and that he was making them on purpose! This is the second time (two separate occasions) that the cook was absolutely nasty about us coming in around 9:30pm. The first time we walked in, we just turned right around because of the nasty looks and comments the cook was making about us coming in. The second time was when the server warned us and she honestly seemed scared! I felt so bad for her! We decided to try to it out, but the second we were sat, the same cook was there and was staring at us so nastily! We felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. We ended up walking out and going to a different restaurant. As someone who attends college nearby and is a college athlete that has late games, it was nice that the IHOP was offering 24 hours so my family could grab a quick meal after a game. But, after those two experiences I doubt we will be returning. Absolutely disappointing and horrible for the young server to deal with!

I decided to bring my daughter in for brunch and no one was at the host stand. Even though staff seen us. No one came and greeted us. What made me leave other than being pissed off and hungry was the cooks.. you can see them cooking food from where I was standing and the big white guy with a full grey beard had no beard guard.. instantly turned my stomach. He ABSOLUTELY should have had one on when preparing food. I will never visit this location again.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday @ about 9:30 pm. After a few minutes of being there ( place was pretty empty ) we were greeted. My wife asked for a hot chocolate, and I asked for a water with lemon while we looked over the menu. Upon the server bringing over the items asked for, I immediately noticed that my wife’s hot chocolate ( mug ) was dirty with a caked on residue of some sort. We left immediately, and upon leaving, I respectfully informed our server as to why we were leaving and all she said was ( oh, ok ) Prayers for this dirty establishment and it’s associates / workers that don’t seem to have a single ounce of pride or care!’ –

IHOP, you hop, we all hop, for IHOP! Haven’t been here since Christian Bale was Batman. It was a great time. I liked the walnut syrup and the hot cocoa came in a huge mug (the size of a bowl. The sign in the entryway could use a dusting, and some of the signage inside is worn and due for replacement, but the restaurant inside was clean and well kept.
Had the best waitress who was expecting. Congratulations on your baby boy!
Accidentally left the bat-credit-card at the restaurant. Luckily, they stored it in their safe for security. They returned it without issue.
Will be back again for some chicken and waffles next time!
